| heal.abstract | Ο τίτλος της εργασίας είναι ‘’Central Business District vs Corner Business District, η γωνία ως νέα κεντρικότητα’’ και αφορά στον σχεδιασμό ενός κομβικού τμήματος της πόλης των Ιωαννίνων. Σε αυτό το χωρικά κομβικό σημείο, εννοιολογικά και πρακτικά, συμβιώνουν αντιθετικά δίπολα, όπως τεχνητό-φυσικό, παλιό-νέο και διαρκές, δομημένο-αδόμητο και ιδιωτικό-δημόσιο καθιστώντας επιτακτική την ανάγκη διαλόγου μεταξύ τους. Η ανάγκη επέκτασης της πόλης, ακριβώς στο παρόν όριο, συνοδεύεται από μια εικόνα έλλειψης οργάνωσης χώρου, ειδικά του κτισμένου και παράλληλα υποβάθμιση του σημαντικού μοντέρνου αποθέματος. Πώς θα μπορούσε αυτή η περιοχή «μετάβασης» να αποτελέσει πύλη εισόδου της πόλης, ενσωματώνοντας τα τοπόσημα του μοντέρνου κινήματος; Με άλλα λόγια, πώς τα στοιχεία μιας επώνυμης αρχιτεκτονικής του χθες εντάσσονται ενεργά στο σήμερα τροφοδοτώντας τον σχεδιασμό; Μπορεί άραγε να συμβάλουν στη συρραφή των μετώπων της επέκτασης της πόλης ως αυτή απαντάται σήμερα; Επιπλέον, λαμβάνοντας υπόψη ότι οι σύγχρονες CBD έχουν τις καταβολές τους στην αρχαία αγορά, πως αυτό μεταφράζεται χωρικά στον παρόντα τόπο και χρόνο; Στόχος είναι μια εξωστρεφής πρόταση που δυνητικά αποτελεί προβολή της εικόνας της πόλης των Ιωαννίνων στο μέλλον, που δεν αγνοεί όμως το πνεύμα του τόπου της. | el |
