| heal.abstract | Η παρούσα Πτυχιακή ασχολείται με το θέμα της αξιολόγησης της αποτελεσματικότητας των Δήμων και Κοινοτήτων. Συγκεκριμένα, μέσα από τις απαντήσεις που έχουν σημειωθεί σε ένα δομημένο ερωτηματολόγιο, προκύπτουν τα αποτελέσματα όπως καταγράφονται από τις απόψεις των κατοίκων και των δημοτών. Επιλέχθηκε η περίπτωση μελέτης του Δήμου Νισύρου, λόγω της καταγωγής μου από εκεί και λόγω του γεγονότος ότι πρόκειται αφενός για ένα πλούσιο Δήμο, και αφετέρου για ένα νησί που ακόμα βιώνει πολλά προβλήματα και δυσκολεύει τη ζωή των κατοίκων του. Οι ερωτήσεις αφορούσαν στο βαθμό επάρκειας συγκεκριμένων δομών και υπηρεσιών και στη συνέχεια στην αξιολόγηση τους ως προς το έργο που επιτελούν, ως προς την αποδοτικότητα και την αποτελεσματικότητα τους. Περιλαμβάνονται επίσης και κάποια προσωπικά δεδομένα των ερωτώμενων, ακόμα και η συμπεριφορά τους ως ψηφοφόροι, κατά πόσο έχουν επηρεαστεί από την αποτελεσματικότητα του Δήμου στην απόφαση τους να ψηφίσουν μια συγκεκριμένη Δημοτική Αρχή. Θεωρώ ότι τα αποτελέσματα μπορεί να είναι χρήσιμα για τη Δημοτική Αρχή αλλά και για τις επόμενες Δημοτικές Αρχές, οι οποίες έχουν τη δυνατότητα να γνωρίζουν τις απόψεις των κατοίκων και ψηφοφόρων του Δήμου έτσι ώστε να μπορέσουν να προσαρμόσουν την πολιτική τους και τις δράσεις τους για τη βελτίωση των συνθηκών διαβίωσης όλων. | el |
| heal.abstract | This Thesis deals with the issue of evaluating the effectiveness of Municipalities and Communities. In particular, through the answers recorded in a structured questionnaire, the results are obtained as recorded from the views of the residents and the local citizens.The case study of the Municipality of Nisyros was chosen, due to my origin from there and due to the fact that it is on the one hand a rich Municipality, and on the other an island that still experiences many problems and makes life difficult for its inhabitants. The questions related to the degree of adequacy of specific structures and services and then to their evaluation in terms of the work they perform, in terms of their efficiency and effectiveness. Also included are some personal data of the respondents, even their behavior as voters, whether they have been influenced by the efficiency of the Municipality in their decision to vote for a specific Municipal Authority.I believe that the results can be useful for the Municipal Authority but also for the following Municipal Authorities, which have the possibility to know the opinions of the residents and voters of the Municipality so that they can adjust their policy and their actions for the improving the living conditions of all. | en |
