| heal.abstract | Από πολύ μικρή ηλικία ορισμένα άτομα παρουσιάζουν κάποιες διαταραχές επικοινωνίας. Οι διαταραχές επικοινωνίας, αφορούν τον τρόπο με τον οποίο οι άνθρωποι μιλούν και γίνονται αντιληπτοί από τους άλλους. Κάποιες από αυτές τις διαταραχές είναι οι διαταραχές άρθρωσης, φωνολογικές διαταραχές και τραυλισμός. Σκοπός της παρούσας πτυχιακής εργασίας είναι η παρουσίαση των διαταραχών άρθρωσης, των φωνολογικών διαταραχών, τραυλισμού και η συνύπαρξη πέραν του ενός από αυτές. Στις διαταραχές άρθρωσης γίνεται σωστή επιλογή του φθόγγου αλλά λανθασμένη άρθρωση. Συχνά χαρακτηρίζονται από την αντικατάσταση του ενός φθόγγου με κάποιον άλλον (σέλω, αντί θέλω), την παράλειψη ενός φθόγγου (καμέλα αντί καραμέλα) ή την απλοποίηση συμπλεγμάτων. Στις φωνολογικές διαταραχές γίνεται λάθος επιλογή φωνήματος, λόγω μειωμένης αντίληψης, επεξεργασίας και οργάνωσης των φωνημάτων σε μια λέξη. Δηλαδή, μπορεί να αρθρώσει σωστά όλους τους φθόγγους της γλώσσας μεμονωμένα, όμως παρουσιάζει δυσκολίες να τους παράγει σωστά στο επίπεδο της λέξης. Τραυλισμός είναι μια διαταραχή νευρολογικής βάσης και επηρεάζει την ικανότητα του ατόμου να συντονίσει και να οργανώσει όλες τις κινήσεις που είναι απαραίτητες για την επιτυχή ομιλία. Η δυσλειτουργία αυτή εμφανίζεται με ασυντόνιστες κινήσεις του μυϊκού συστήματος της αναπνοής, άρθρωσης και φώνησης. Μπορεί να συμβεί στην αρχή, στη μέση ή στο τέλος της ομιλίας με δυσρυθμίες, όπως επαναλήψεις, επιμηκύνεις, δισταγμούς και άλλα. | el |
| heal.abstract | A communication disorder can manifest early in a child's development. Communication disorders concern the way people speak and the ability to be understood by others. Some of these disorders are articulation disorders, phonological disorders and stuttering. We, hereby, present an overview of articulation disorders, phonological disorders and stuttering as well as the coexistence of more than one of them. Articulation disorders concern the inability to pronounce certain words correctly. They are often characterized by substituting one sound (phthong) for another (rant, instead of want), leaving out sounds (camel instead of caramel), or simplifying complexes. Phonological disorders concern the wrong choice of phoneme, due to reduced comprehension, processing and organization of phonemes in a word. Hence, although they are able to correctly articulate all the speech sounds individually, they have difficulties in producing them correctly at the word level. Stuttering, also called stammering, is a disorder of neurologic origin that affects a person's ability to coordinate and organize all the necessary movements in order to produce a successful speech. This dysfunction occurs when there are uncoordinated movements of the muscular system of breathing, articulation and vocalization. Usually, occurs at the beginning, middle or end of the speech with dysrhythmias such as repetitions, lengthening, hesitations etc. | en |
