| heal.abstract | Σκοπός της παρούσας εργασίας είναι να γίνει αναφορά στα συστήματα διαχείρισης επιχειρηματικών πόρων (ERP), στις σύγχρονες τάσεις και στα σημαντικότερα συστήματα ERP. Επειδή στην εργασία, θα γίνει αρκετές φορές αναφορά στον όρο «συστήματα» και θα χρησιμοποιηθούν αρκετές διατυπώσεις που περιέχουν τον όρο αυτό όπως για παράδειγμα η επιχείρηση, τα πληροφοριακά συστήματα, κλπ. οπότε στην εισαγωγή θα δούμε έναν ορισμό και κάποιες συνοπτικές πληροφορίες και διευκρινήσεις σχετικά με την έννοια του συστήματος και της επιχείρησης. Στο πρώτο κεφάλαιο θα δούμε τον ορισμό του πληροφοριακού συστήματος τι είναι, τι εμπεριέχει, από τι αποτελείται, ποιες είναι οι βασικότερες κατηγορίες του και θα τις αναλύσουμε. Στο δεύτερο κεφάλαιο θα μιλήσουμε για τα συστήματα ERP (Συστήματα διαχείρισης επιχειρηματικών πόρων). Θα δούμε την γενική δομή των συστημάτων, τον στόχο τους και την αναγκαιότητά τους μέσα σε μία επιχείρηση. Στο τρίτο κεφάλαιο θα μιλήσουμε για τις σύγχρονες τάσεις των συστημάτων ERP όπως είναι η τεχνητή νοημοσύνη, το υπολογιστικό νέφος, το διαδίκτυο των πραγμάτων, οι εξατομικευμένες λύσεις, το two–tier ERP, το three–tier ERP, το Big Data, το Mobile ERP και το Social ERP. Θα αναλύσουμε το καθένα ξεχωριστά και θα δούμε ποιες είναι οι λειτουργίες τους. Στο τέταρτο κεφάλαιο θα μιλήσουμε για τα σημαντικότερα ERP. Στην αρχή του κεφαλαίου θα μιλήσουμε για το SAP ERP, το κόστος εγκατάστασής του και τα πλεονεκτήματα–μειονεκτήματα του συστήματος. Επίσης, θα αναφέρουμε το Oracle ERP, την ιστορία της εταιρείας του και τα οικονομικά αποτελέσματα της. Στην συνέχεια του κεφαλαίου, θα μιλήσουμε για την Altec και θα αναφέρουμε τα ERP συστήματά της (Atlantis ERP, Atlantis ERP – Entry και Atlantis ERP – Auto). Επίσης, θα αναφέρουμε λίγα πράγματα για την εταιρεία Entersoft και το σύστημα Entersoft Business Suite και τέλος, θα μιλήσουμε για την Softone και το σύστημα Soft1 ERP. | el |
| heal.abstract | The purpose of this work is to refer to enterprise resource planning systems, the current trends and the most important ERP systems. Because in this paper, reference will be made several times to the tern “systems” and several expressions will be used that include this tern for instance business, information systems, etc. So, in the introduction we will give a definition and some brief information and clarifications about the concept of systems and business. In the first chapter we will see the definition of information systems, what it is, what it contains, what it consists of, what are its main categories and we will analyze them. In the second chapter we will talk about ERP (enterprise resource planning) systems. We will see the general structure of the systems, their aim and their necessity within the business. In the third chapter we will talk about the contemporary trends of ERP systems, such as artificial intelligence, cloud computing, the internet of things, personalized solutions, two – tier ERP, three – tier ERP, big data, mobile ERP and social ERP. We will analyze each one separately and see what their functions are. In the fourth chapter we will talk about the most important ERP. At the beginning of the chapter, we will discuss about Sap ERP, its installation cost and advantages – disadvantages of the systems. We will also mention Oracle ERP, its company history and financial results. In the continuation of the chapter, we will about Altec and mention its ERP systems (Atlantis ERP, Atlantis ERP – Entry and Atlantis ERP – auto). Moreover, we will mention a few things about Entersoft company and the Entersoft business suite systems and finally, we will discuss about Softone and Soft1 ERP systems. | en |
