| heal.abstract | This contribution, originating from m y m aster dissertation, focuses on the crucial for Epirus periods of the fourth and third millennia BC. The excavation of the settlement of Agia Marina at Pedini of Ioannina triggered the thorough study of the data from the Late Neolithic and Early Bronze Age including not only settlements, but also contemporary metal objects and particularly a num ber of bronze axes.This synthetic study shows that these communities belonged to a wide network of communication, mobility and exchange with the north Adriatic area and the western and central Balkan region. | en |
