| heal.abstract | Σκοπός της παρούσας εργασίας είναι η διερεύνηση των απόψεων εκπαιδευτικών της Δευτεροβάθμιας Εκπαίδευσης σχετικά με την εφαρμογή και τη λειτουργία του νεοσύστατου θεσμού του Συμβούλου Σχολικής Ζωής. Έγινε προσπάθεια να καταγραφεί το πώς κατανοούν το ρόλο του Συμβούλου Σχολικής Ζωής, τί προσδοκίες έχουν από αυτόν, ποια η σημασία και η χρησιμότητα που προσδίδουν στο θεσμό, ποια προβλήματα εντοπίζουν καθώς επίσης να καταγραφούν οι προτάσεις των εκπαιδευτικών για τη βελτίωση του. Έχοντας ως βάση την ποιοτική προσέγγιση για τη διερεύνηση του θέματος και με ερευνητικό εργαλείο τις ημιδομημένες συνεντεύξεις, διερευνήθηκαν οι απόψεις 18 εκπαιδευτικών, διαφόρων κλάδων και ειδικοτήτων με πλούσια εμπειρία στην εκπαίδευση. Οι δέκα εξ αυτών ασκούν τα καθήκοντα του Συμβούλου Σχολικής Ζωής. Από τα αποτελέσματα διαπιστώθηκε ότι οι εκπαιδευτικοί αναγνωρίζουν πως είναι ένας σημαντικός θεσμός ο οποίος δύναται να συνεισφέρει σημαντικά στην κατεύθυνση της συμβουλευτικής υποστήριξης των μαθητών δευτεροβάθμιας εκπαίδευσης. Ωστόσο, αναδύεται ένα πλέγμα προβληματισμών οι οποίοι συνδέονται με τις πρακτικές όψεις του θεσμού. Η πλειοψηφία θεωρεί ότι θα πρέπει να γίνουν αλλαγές που θα συνδέονται με τα ζητήματα υποστήριξης, κατάρτισης και επιμόρφωσης των εκπαιδευτικών. Καταληκτικά, αυτό που προκύπτει από τα ευρήματα της συγκεκριμένης έρευνας είναι πως ο συγκεκριμένος θεσμός μπορεί να αποδειχθεί πολλά υποσχόμενος αν και εφόσον συντελεστούν αλλαγές οι οποίες θα συμβάλλουν στη διαμόρφωση ευνοϊκών συνθηκών για την πρακτική εφαρμογή του. | el |
| heal.abstract | The purpose of this study is the investigation of the views of Secondary Education teachers regarding the implementation and operation of the newly established institution of the School Life Counsellor. An attempt was made to record how they understand the role of the School Life Counsellor, what expectations they have from him, what is the importance and usefulness they give to the institution, what are the problems they identify, as well as to record the teachers’ suggestions on its improvement. Based on the qualitative approach to the investigation of the subject and the semi-structured interviews as a research tool, the views of 18 teachers from various disciplines and specialties with rich experience in education, were explored. Ten of them act as School Life Counsellors. The results indicated that teachers recognize that it is an important institution that can have a significant contribution to the direction of counseling support for secondary school students. However, a network of concerns emerges that are related to the practical aspects of the institution. The majority believes that there should be changes on the issues of support, training and reeducation of teachers. Finally, what arises from the findings of this research is that this institution can prove to be very promising if and when changes are made that will rebound to the creation of advantageous conditions for its practical implementation. | en |
