heal.abstract	Αντικείμενο μελέτης της παρούσας διπλωματικής εργασίας είναι η ενεργοποίηση του λόφου Φιλοπάππου ως ένα πάρκο, μέσω της δημιουργίας μίας νέας τοπογραφίας. Διερευνώντας αρχικά το ιστορικό πλαίσιο, διακρίνονται τα ίχνη και θραύσματα όπου συνυπάρχουν και συνθέτουν ένα ενεργό πολιτισμικό πεδίο που συγκροτείται από αλληλεπικαλυπτόμενα επίπεδα. Έπειτα, εντοπίζονται τα κενά οικόπεδα εντός του λόφου χωρίς καθορισμένες προγραμματικές λειτουργίες, αλλά και τα σημεία που φέρουν την μνήμη του τόπου, όπως, το μνημείο του Φιλόπαππου, η Κοίλη οδός, η πλακόστρωτη διαδρομή από τις διαμορφώσεις του αρχιτέκτονα Δημήτρη Πικιώνη και αποτυπώνονται στην υπάρχουσα κατάσταση τους. Τα σημεία αυτά συνιστούν τα σημεία παρέμβασης, στα οποία δημιουργούνται κατασκευές που στο σύνολο τους αποτελούνται από κλίμακες, ράμπες και πλατφόρμες, προκειμένου να προτείνουν νέους τρόπους κίνησης που θα μετασχηματίσουν την εμπειρία του χώρου. Επιπλέον, ενθαρρύνεται η ανακάλυψη του λόφου με σκοπό, μέσω των αναπάντεχων γεγονότων, να προκληθούν νέα βιώματα και τέλος, να επανερμηνευτεί ο λόφος σε σχέση με τον συνεχώς μεταβαλλόμενο αστικό ιστό.	el
heal.abstract	The subject of this diploma thesis is the activation of the Philopappos Hill as a park, through the creation of a new topography. Initially exploring the historical context, traces and fragments are distinguished that coexist and compose an active cultural field formed by overlapping levels. Then, vacant plots within the hill without defined programmatic functions are identified, as well as points that carry the memory of the place, such as the Philopappos monument, the Coele road, and the paved path from the designs of architect Dimitris Pikionis, which are captured in their existing state. These points constitute the intervention sites where constructions are created, comprising staircases, ramps, and platforms, in order to propose new ways of movement that will transform the experience of the space. Furthermore, the discovery of the hill is encouraged with the aim of provoking new experiences through unexpected events and finally, the reinterpretation of the hill in relation to the constantly changing urban fabric.	en
