heal.abstractWe present a patient with atrophodermia vermiculata. A family tree study revealed an autosomal mode of inheritance with good penetrance. A slight improvement of the atrophic scars of the disease was noticed after local treatment with tretinoin cream, 0.05 percent, and cryotherapy.en
