| heal.abstract | Η παρούσα μελέτη με θέμα «Μικροοργανισμοί στις ρίζες των φυτών και ιδιαίτερα των λαχανικών», στοχεύει στην διερεύνηση των μικροοργανισμών των φυτών και ειδικότερα των λαχανικών που βρίσκονται στις ρίζες τους και τον τρόπο που τα επηρεάζουν. Για την επίτευξη του σκοπού αυτού έλαβε χώρα μια βιβλιογραφική ανασκόπηση γύρω από το υπό μελέτη θέμα αξιοποιώντας ελληνική αλλά και διεθνή βιβλιογραφία και η εργασία διαρθρώθηκε σε πέντε κεφάλαια. Το πρώτο κεφάλαιο αποτελεί την εισαγωγή και στην ουσία εισάγει τον αναγνώστη στο θέμα μέσα από μια σύντομη ιστορική αναδρομή σχετικά με τα μικρόβια, τις κατηγορίες και το ρόλο τους και την επιστήμη της μικροβιολογίας που τα μελετά. Ακολουθεί το δεύτερο κεφάλαιο με πληροφορίες σχετικά με το μικροβίωμα των φυτών, το οποίο αναλύεται σε τρία επίπεδα, στη φυλλόσφαιρα, στη ριζόσφαιρα και στην ενδόσφαιρα. Επιπρόσθετα, στο ίδιο κεφάλαιο παρουσιάζονται οι παράγοντες που επηρεάζουν το μικροβίωμα των φυτών. Ακολουθεί το τρίτο κεφάλαιο που εστιάζει στους μικροοργανισμούς της ρίζας των φυτών, στο οποίο παρατίθενται επιστημονικές πληροφορίες για τα ριζοβακτήρια ενίσχυσης της φυτικής ανάπτυξης (plant growth promoting rhizobacteria- PGPR), τη φυτοαποκατάσταση, τα αζωτοδεσμευτικά βακτήρια, οι ακτινομύκητες και τους μυκορριζικούς μύκητες. Στο τέταρτο κεφάλαιο της παρούσας εργασίας, αναφέρονται και περιγράφονται οι μικροοργανισμοί των ριζών των λαχανικών και στο τέλος εξάγονται τα συνολικά συμπεράσματα, από όλη την εργασία. | el |
| heal.abstract | The present study, entitled "Microorganisms in the root of plants and especially of vegetables", aims to investigate the microorganisms of plants and in particular of vegetables found in their roots and the way they affect them. To achieve this goal, a bibliographic review was carried out around the subject under study utilizing Greek and international bibliography and the work was structured in five chapters. The first chapter is the introduction and essentially introduces the reader to the subject through a brief historical overview of microbes and the science of microbiology, their categories and their role. This is followed by the second chapter with information on the plant microbiome, which is analyzed at three levels, the phyllosphere, the rhizosphere and the endosphere. In addition, in the same chapter are presented the factors affecting the plant microbiome. This is followed by the third chapter which focuses on "The micro-organisms of the roots of plants", in which plant growth promoting rhizobacteria (PGPR), phytoremediation, nitrogen-fixing bacteria, actinomycetes and mycorrhizal fungi are listed. In the fourth chapter of this work, the microorganisms of the roots of vegetables are mentioned and described and, in the end, the overall conclusions are drawn from the entire work. | en |
