Η παρούσα εργασία επικεντρώνεται στην εξέταση των χρηματοδοτικών εργαλείων και προϊόντων που διαθέτουν τα πιστωτικά ιδρύματα στην Ελλάδα, με σκοπό την υποστήριξη των μικρομεσαίων επιχειρήσεων (ΜμΕ). Ιδιαίτερη έμφαση δίνεται στον τρόπο με τον οποίο αξιολογούνται τα αιτήματα χρηματοδότησης από τις επιχειρήσεις, καθώς και στον ρόλο που διαδραματίζουν τα χρηματοδοτικά προϊόντα στην ενίσχυση της επιχειρηματικής δραστηριότητας.
Οι βασικοί στόχοι της έρευνας περιλαμβάνουν:
• Την καταγραφή και ανάλυση των χρηματοδοτικών εργαλείων που προσφέρονται από τα τραπεζικά ιδρύματα και άλλους χρηματοδοτικούς φορείς.
• Την αποτίμηση της αποτελεσματικότητας αυτών των εργαλείων ως προς τη διευκόλυνση της πρόσβασης των ΜμΕ σε κεφάλαια.
• Τη διερεύνηση των επιπτώσεων των χρηματοδοτήσεων στην οικονομική ανάπτυξη των ίδιων των επιχειρήσεων.
• Την αξιολόγηση της συνεισφοράς των εν λόγω χρηματοδοτήσεων στη συνολική οικονομική ανάπτυξη της χώρας.
Μέσα από την ερευνητική δραστηριότητα που υπάρχει στο τελευταίο μέρος της μελέτης, επιχειρείται να αποσαφηνιστεί ο βαθμός στον οποίο τα χρηματοδοτικά προϊόντα μπορούν να λειτουργήσουν ως μοχλός ανάπτυξης για τις ΜμΕ, οι οποίες αποτελούν τη ραχοκοκαλιά της ελληνικής οικονομίας.
The present study focuses on examining the financial tools and products provided by credit institutions in Greece for the support of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Particular emphasis is placed on the procedures through which funding applications are evaluated, as well as on the role these financial products play in enhancing business activity. The main objectives of the research include: • Identifying and analyzing the financial instruments offered by banking institutions and other funding bodies. • Assessing the effectiveness of these instruments in facilitating SMEs’ access to capital. • Investigating the impact of financing on the economic growth of the businesses themselves. • Evaluating the overall contribution of such financial support to the economic development of the country. Through the research activity that exists in the last part of the study, an attempt is made to clarify the extent to which financial products can act as a growth lever for SMEs, which constitute the backbone of the Greek economy.
