| heal.abstract | Η παρούσα μελέτη έχει στόχο να εξεταστούν οι παράγοντες που οδηγούν σε αυξημένα επίπεδα διατροφικής διαταραχής άτομα που λαμβάνουν βοήθεια από φροντιστές. Ειδικότερα, μελετάται ο ρόλος των φροντιστών στο επίπεδο διατροφικής διαταραχής που εμφανίζεται και επιπλέον το τι αντίκτυπο έχει σε ψυχολογικό επίπεδο στους ίδιους τους φροντιστές η εν λόγω διατροφική διαταραχή. Καταρχήν εξετάζεται αν υπάρχει διαφορά στα επίπεδα διατροφικής διαταραχής αναλόγως αν τα άτομα βρίσκονται στο φάσμα του αυτισμού ή αν έχουν κάποιο άλλο είδος νοσήματος ή πάθησης. Κατόπιν εξετάζεται ποια δημογραφικά χαρακτηριστικά των φροντιστών συσχετίζονται με σημαντικώς αυξημένα επίπεδα διατροφικής διαταραχής στα άτομα με το νόσημα που λαμβάνουν βοήθεια. Τέλος, εξετάζεται ο αντίκτυπος της διαταραχής αυτής στον φροντιστή με τη χρήση ερωτηματολογίων που αξιοποιούν ψυχομετρικές κλίμακες , ειδικά προσαρμοσμένες στο θέμα. Από την επεξεργασία των δεδομένων προκύπτει ότι δεν υπάρχει στατιστικά σημαντική διαφορά στο επίπεδο διατροφικής διαταραχής μεταξύ των ατόμων που είναι στο φάσμα του αυτισμού και των ατόμων που πάσχουν από άλλη διαταραχή ή νόσημα. Επιπλέον, διαπιστώνεται ότι η οικογενειακή κατάσταση του φροντιστή συσχετίζεται με το επίπεδο διατροφικής διαταραχής του φροντιζομένου, αλλά δεν υφίσταται κανένα άλλο δημογραφικό χαρακτηριστικό που να οδηγεί σε παρόμοια στατιστική σημαντικότητα. Τέλος διαπιστώθηκε πως υπάρχει σημαντική συσχέτιση μεταξύ κοινωνικής απομόνωσης φροντιστή και διαταραχής σίτισης φροντιζομένου ενώ όλες οι άλλες υποκλίμακες δεν εμφανίζουν κάποια συσχέτιση μεταξύ τους. | el |
| heal.abstract | The present study aims to examine the factors that lead to increased levels of eating disorder in individuals receiving help from caregivers. In particular, the role of caregivers in the level of eating disorder that occurs is studied and, in addition, what impact the eating disorder in question has on the caregivers themselves on a psychological level. First of all, it is examined whether there is a difference in the levels of eating disorder depending on whether the individuals are on the autism spectrum or if they have some other type of disease or condition. It then examines which demographic characteristics of caregivers are associated with significantly increased levels of eating disorder among people with the disorder receiving help. Finally, the impact of this disorder on the caregiver is examined with statistical processing of questionnaires using standard psychometric scales, specially adapted to the subject. The processing of the data shows that there is no statistically significant difference in the level of eating disorder between individuals who are on the autism spectrum and individuals who suffer from another type of condition or disease. Additionally, caregiver marital status is found to be associated with the caregiver's level of eating disorder, but no other demographic characteristic leads to similar statistical significance. Finally, it was found that there is a significant correlation between caregiver social isolation and caregiver eating disorder, while all other subscales do not show any correlation between them. | en |
