heal.abstractA rare case of a patient with a ruptured abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA) and an incidentally found left renal artery aneurysm (RAA) is presented. Successful repair of both aneurysms was simultaneously performed. The indications for such a surgical approach are also discussed.en
