heal.abstractΤο πρώτο μέρος της εργασίας αναφέρεται στην έννοια της δυσαρθρίας και κατά πόσο επηρεάζει αυτή τον λόγο. Η δυσαρθρία είναι διαταραχή στην άρθρωση από μυική αδυναμία ή ασυνεργία των μυών της γλώσσας και των χειλιών με αποτέλεσμα την κακή άρθρωση των συμφώνων. Ο θεραπευτής μέσα από την αξιολόγηση καταλήγει σε κάποια συμπεράσματα και θέτει τους θεραπευτικούς του στόχους. Στο δεύτερο μέρος αναλύεται η συνεκδήλωση της δυσαρθρίας με άλλες νευρολογικές διαταραχές. Όπως αναφέρεται λεπτομερώς και στην συνέχεια η δυσαρθρία μπορεί να συνυπάρξει με διάφορες νευρολογικές διαταραχές όπως είναι η εγκεφαλική παράλυση σε ποσοστό περίπου 88%, η μυασθένεια και διάφορες μυοπάθειες, με σύνδρομα καθώς και με τραύματα στο κεντρικό νευρικό σύστημα. Επιπλέον στο δεύτερο μέρος γίνεται μια λεπτομερή αναφορά στην δυστονία και στην σπαστική τετραπληγία η οποία παρουσιάζεται λόγω εγκεφαλικής παράλυσης. Τέλος στο τρίτο μέρος αναλύεται η μέθοδος Bobath η οποία αποτελεί μια νευροαναπτυξιακή θεραπεία για παιδιά με εγκεφαλική παράλυση όπως και στο περιστατικό που αναφέρεται παρακάτω. Παρατηρείται λοιπόν ότι η μέθοδος αυτή βοηθάει όχι μόνο στην μείωση του αυξημένου μυϊκού τόνου λόγω της σπαστικότητας που παρουσιάζει το παιδί, αλλά παίζει και πολύ σημαντικό ρόλο στην θεραπεία της δυσαρθρίας. Στη μελέτη περίπτωσης παιδιού ηλικίας 8 ετών, στο στάδιο αξιολόγησης της δυσαρθρίας, οι κλίμακες και η φόρμα που συμπληρώθηκαν είχαν όλα παθολογικά αποτελέσματα. Για τον λόγο αυτό η παρέμβαση επικεντρώθηκε στην αύξηση της χωρητικότητας των πνευμόνων για να μπορέσει να διευκολυνθεί το παιδί και η ομιλία του καθώς και στην ενδυνάμωση των στοματοπροσωπικών μυών για να μπορεί να αρθρώνει σωστά όλες τις φωνές.el
heal.abstractThe first part contains the definition of dysarthria and how it affects the speech. Dysarthria is the disturbance of arthrosis and a muscular weakness or non-cooperation of tongue and lips’ muscles, resulting in bad utterance of consonants. The therapists through the evaluation concludes in findings and sets the treatment goals. Moreover, in the second part, it is analyzed the manifestation of dysarthria along with others neurological disorders. As stated in detail, dysarthria is able to coexist with other neurological disorders, as the cerebral palsy with a proportion of 88%, the myasthenia with other muscular diseases, with syndromes and with traumas in the central nervous system. Furthermore, in the second part there is a detailed analysis for dystonia and the spastic quadriplegia that manifested due to brain paralysis. Lastly, in the third part, the bobath method analyzed, which is a neurodevelopment therapy for kids, suffering from cerebral palsy, as in the incident that is referred below. It is noted, that this method helps to reduce the increased muscle tone due to the spasticity that is presented by the kid and it has an important role to the treatment of dysarthria. In the case study of a 8-year-old kid, in the phase of evaluation of dysarthria, the scales and the forms that is completed had all the pathological results. For this reason, the intervention has been focused on increasing the lungs’ capacity for facilitating the speech of the kid and to empower the orofacial muscles to be able to utter all the letters correctly. Lastly, in the third part, the bobath method analysed, which is a neurodevelopmental therapy for kids, suffering from cerebral palsy, as in the incident that is referred below. It is noted, that this method helps to reduce the increased muscle tone due to the spasticity that is presented by the kid and it has an important role to the treatment of dysarthria. In the case study of a 10-year-old kid, in the phase of evaluation of dysarthria, the scales and the forms that is completed had all the pathological results.
