| heal.abstract | A man aged 34 in whom rupture of a true aneurysm at least four weeks after acute myocardial infarction led to the development of a pseudoaneurysm is described. Because the pseudoaneurysm ruptured subacutely and the haemodynamic, clinical, and echocardiographic signs were not consistent, diagnosis of the cardiac rupture was delayed.
