| heal.abstract | Η παρούσα διπλωματική εργασία μελετά το Ξενία της θάσου και δίνει μια λύση στο εγκαταλελειμμένο κτίριο με τα σημερινά δεδομένα. Το Ξενία της Θάσου βρίσκεται στον Λιμένα αποτελεί από τα πρώτα Ξενία της Ελλάδας και είναι εδώ και χρόνια εγκαταλελειμμένο. Ο Χαράλαμπος Σφαέλλος επέλεξε να ανεγείρει το «Ξενία» της Θάσου στην παραλιακή ζώνη τη δεκαετία του ’60. Οι επιχώσεις όμως για τη δημιουργία λιμενικής ζώνης που ακολούθησαν, άλλαξαν τα δεδομένα. Το «Ξενία» της Θάσου βρίσκεται στην παραλιακή ζώνη, αλλά πλέον δεν βρέχεται από τη θάλασσα. Η παρακάτω προσέγγιση αποσκοπεί στην σύνδεση του Ξενία με το νησί της Θάσου και την σύνδεση αυτού με τις αρχές που δημιούργησαν τα «Ξενία» γι’ αυτό τον λόγο απαντώνται στοιχεία με βάση το φυσικό περιβάλλον της Θάσου. | el |
| heal.abstract | The present thesis studies the Thassos Hostel and gives a solution to the abandoned building with the current data. The Xenia of Thassos is located in Limenas is one of the first Xenia in Greece and has been abandoned for years. Charalambos Sfaellos chose to erect the “Xenia” of Thassos in the coastal zone in the 1960s. However, the subsequent land reclamations for the creation of a port zone changed the situation. The ‘Xenia’ of Thassos is located in the coastal zone, but is no longer bordered by the sea. The following approach aims to link the Xenia with the island of Thassos and to connect it with the principles that created the Xenia and therefore elements based on the natural environment of Thassos are found. | en |
