| heal.abstract | Τα άτομα με σχιζοφρένεια εμφανίζουν γνωστικές και επικοινωνιακές διαταραχές που επηρεάζουν σε μεγάλο βαθμό την ένταξή τους στην κοινωνία. Λαμβάνοντας υπόψη ότι αυτές οι διαταραχές μπορούν να αξιολογηθούν και να αντιμετωπιστούν ως μέρος της λογοθεραπείας, στόχος της παρούσας εργασίας είναι να προσδιορίσει τη σημασία της λογοθεραπείας ως μέρος των προγραμμάτων αποκατάστασης των ασθενών με σχιζοφρένεια. Έγινε ανασκόπηση της διεθνούς βιβλιογραφίας και συλλέχθηκαν άρθρα από έγκυρες πηγές κυρίως μέσω της βάσης δεδομένων pubmed. Δεδομένου ότι η σχιζοφρένεια είναι νόσος που απασχολεί την επιστημονική κοινότητα στο διηνεκές, δεν υπήρχε περιορισμός στο έτος δημοσίευσης των άρθρων. Αρχικά γίνεται ευρεία ανάπτυξη του θεωρητικού πλαισίου της σχιζοφρένειας και στη συνέχεια παρουσιάζονται οι γνωστικές και επικοινωνιακές διαταραχές των ατόμων με σχιοφρένεια. Στο τέλος αναπτύσσεται ο ρόλος της λογοθεραπευτικής παρέμβασης, η στόχευσή της και δίνεται έμφαση στην αξιολογόγηση των επικοινωνιακών διαταραχών αλλά και στη θεραπευτική παρέμβαση. Η ανασκόπηση δείχνει ότι οι θεραπευτικές προσεγγίσεις ποικίλουν και ότι ορισμένοι τομείς της γλώσσας δύνανται να βελτιωθούν ενώ παραμένει δύσκολο να γίνει επιλογή της κατάλληλης παρέμβασης που πρέπει να εφαρμοστεί για τη θεραπεία των επικοινωνιακών διαταραχών στη σχιζοφρένεια | el |
| heal.abstract | Patients with schizophrenia have cognitive and communication impairments that greatly affect their integration into society. Considering that these impairments can be assessed and treated as part of Speech and Language Therapy, the aim of this paper is to determine the importance of Speech and Language Therapiests as part of the rehabilitation programs of patients with schizophrenia. The international literature was reviewed and articles were collected from authoritative sources mainly through the pubmed database. Since schizophrenia is a disease that concerns the scientific community in perpetuity, there was no restriction on the year of publication of the articles. First, the theoretical framework of schizophrenia is widely developed, and then the cognitive and communication impairment of patients with schizophrenia are presented. At the end, is developed the role of Speech and Language Therapy intervention, its aim and emphasis is placed on the assessment of communication impairments as well as on therapeutic intervention. The review shows that therapeutic approaches are varied and that some areas of language can be improved, while it remains difficult to choose the appropriate intervention to implement for the treatment of communication impaiments in schizophrenia. | en |
