| heal.abstract | Η παρούσα μεταπτυχιακή έρευνα αποσκοπεί στην διερεύνηση του βαθμού στον οποίο η επικοινωνία μεταξύ του εκπαιδευτικού προσωπικού και του διευθυντή, που υπηρετούν σε σχολικές μονάδες της Πρωτοβάθμιας εκπαίδευσης στο νομό Αργολίδας, επιδρά στην εύρυθμη λειτουργία των σχολικών μονάδων αυτών. Ιδιαίτερη προσοχή δίνεται στη διαδικασία της επικοινωνίας και στα εμπόδια που ανακύπτουν. Για το λόγο αυτό ζητήθηκαν και στη συνέχεια αναλύθηκαν οι απόψεις δέκα διευθυντών σχολικών μονάδων του νομού Αργολίδας. Τα στοιχεία αυτά αντλήθηκαν μέσω της ημιδομημένης συνέντευξης. Διαπιστώθηκε πως οι διευθυντές ενώ πιστεύουν στην αξία της επικοινωνίας με τους υφισταμένους τους, οι ίδιοι δεν επικοινωνούν τόσο συχνά μαζί τους, καθώς αναφέρουν μια πληθώρα εμποδίων που ανακύπτουν κατά τη διαδικασία της επικοινωνίας. | el |
| heal.abstract | The purpose of this postgraduate research is to investigate the role of communication between the principal and the teaching staff for the smooth operation of the schools of Primary Education in the prefecture of Argolida. Particular attention is paid to the communication process and the obstacles that arise. For this reason, the opinion of ten school principals of the prefecture of Argolida was sought.These data were obtained through a semi-structured interview. It has been found that while managers believe in the value of communicating with their subordinates, they themselves do not communicate with them as often as they cite a host of obstacles that arise during the communication process. | en |
