| heal.abstract | Η παρούσα διδακτορική διατριβή απαρτίζεται από πέντε κεφάλαια. Αρχικά, στο πρώτο κεφάλαιο προβαίνουμε στις απαραίτητες οριοθετήσεις των βασικών εννοιών που θα χρησιμοποιήσουμε, προκειμένου να αποσαφηνιστούν ο λειτουργικός χαρακτήρας και ο ρόλος της αξιολόγησης στην εκπαίδευση. Αναδεικνύονται, επίσης, ο σκοπός και η αναγκαιότητα εφαρμογής της, τα επικρατέστερα μοντέλα που εμφανίστηκαν, καθώς και οι μορφές πραγμάτωσής της. Ακολούθως, αναδεικνύουμε το θεωρητικό υπόβαθρο και τους κυρίαρχους προσανατολισμούς της αξιολόγησης του εκπαιδευτικού έργου στην Ευρωπαϊκή Ένωση, συνδέοντας την αξιολόγηση με την ποιότητα και την αποτελεσματικότητα στην εκπαίδευση. Στο κεφάλαιο που έπεται περιγράφουμε τη μεθοδολογία της έρευνας, δηλαδή την επιλογή του θέματος, τον σκοπό, το υλικό, τα ερωτήματα και τη μέθοδο που θα χρησιμοποιήσουμε στην έρευνα. Στο τέταρτο κεφάλαιο παρουσιάζονται και αναλύονται τα ευρήματα της έρευνας, ξεκινώντας από τη χρονική περίοδο ίδρυσης του ελληνικού κράτους (1833) μέχρι το 1982 που καταργήθηκε ο θεσμός του Επιθεωρητή. Στη συγκεκριμένη ανάλυση, σημεία πραγμάτευσης αποτελούν τα σημαντικότερα στάδια και γεγονότα (νομοθετήματα και θεσμικές ρυθμίσεις), αναφορικά με την αξιολόγηση του έργου των εκπαιδευτικών, με ιδιαίτερη έμφαση στον θεσμό του Επιθεωρητή και στις εκθέσεις αξιολόγησης. Στη συνέχεια παρουσιάζονται και αναλύονται τα δεδομένα του διαστήματος 1982-2009, κατά το οποίο δεν εφαρμόστηκε ποτέ στην πράξη η αξιολόγηση του εκπαιδευτικού έργου σε οποιαδήποτε μορφή. Μετά ακολουθεί η περίοδος μέχρι το 2011, κατά την οποία εφαρμόστηκε πιλοτικά ο νέος νόμος για την αξιολόγηση του εκπαιδευτικού έργου σε επίπεδο σχολικής μονάδας. Στην επόμενη ενότητα παρουσιάζονται τα ευρήματα που αφορούν τις θέσεις και τις αντιδράσεις των εκπαιδευτικών στην αξιολόγηση του έργου τους. Σε συνδυασμό με το θέμα αυτό, ακολουθεί η ενότητα, στην οποία γίνεται συνοπτική παρουσίαση των σημαντικότερων ευρημάτων από εμπειρικές έρευνες, που αφορούν τις απόψεις των εκπαιδευτικών για την αξιολόγησή τους και την αξιολόγηση του εκπαιδευτικού έργου. Τέλος, το τελευταίο κεφάλαιο περιλαμβάνει τη γενική συζήτηση και αξιολόγηση του συνόλου των ευρημάτων της έρευνας, καθώς και τις τελικές διαπιστώσεις. | el |
| heal.abstract | The specific doctoral thesis consists of five chapters. Initially in the first chapter we deal with the essential limitations of the basic (meanings) notions that we are to use in order to clarify the functional character and the role of the assessment in education. Also, are made clear the purpose and the necessity of its application, the prevailing models that appeared and the forms of its fulfillment as well. Moreover, we push forward the theoretical base and the dominant orientations of the valuation of the educational work in the European Union, by connecting the assessment with both the quality and the effectiveness towards education. In the following chapter we describe the research methodology which means in other words the selection of the subject, the aim, the material, the queries and the method that we are going to use in the research.In the fourth chapter are presented and analyzed the findings of the research, starting from the time period of the Greek nation’s establishment (1833) till 1982 when the institution of the inspector was abolished. In this specific analysis, some crucial points compose the most important stages and the facts (statutes and institutional regulations) as it concerns to the assessment of educators’ work. Particular emphasis is given to the institution of inspector and to the assessing reports. Furthermore, are presented and analyzed the facts of the period 1982 – 2009 in which the assessment of the educational work was never applied in any form. After that, it follows the period till 2011 in which the new law for the assessment of the educational work was applied on probation on a school level. In the next (chapter) unit are displayed the findings that are connected with the positions and the reactions of the educators as it concerns the valuation of their work. In relation to this subject it follows the unit in which a brief presentation of the most important findings linked to empirical researches take place. These have to do with the educators’ opinions as it concerns both their valuation and the assessment of the educational work.Finally, the last chapter includes the general discussion of the valuation of the research findings as well as the final ascertainments. | en |
