| heal.abstract | Εισαγωγή: Τα μυοσκελετικά νοσήματα είναι χρόνια νοσήματα των μυών, νεύρων, τενόντων, συνδέσμων και χόνδρων, ενώ τα συμπτώματα τους κυμαίνονται από απλές ενοχλήσεις μέχρι πόνο και δυσκολία στην κίνηση. Ενισχύουν το stress και έχουν αντίκτυπο στην ποιότητα ζωής και την εμφάνιση της επαγγελματικής εξουθένωσης. Στόχος και σκοποί της έρευνας: Στόχος της παρούσας μελέτης είναι να διερευνηθούν η ποιότητα ζωής και η εργασιακή εξουθένωση των εργαζομένων που απασχολούνται σε βιομηχανία παραγωγής πλαστικών συσκευασίας σε σχέση με το εάν πάσχουν ή όχι από κάποιο μυοσκελετικό πρόβλημα. Βιβλιογραφική ανασκόπηση: Το 25% του πληθυσμού της Ευρώπης πάσχει από κάποιο μυοσκελετικό νόσημα με σημαντικές επιπτώσεις στην ποιότητα ζωής του. Πολλές φορές οι συνθήκες εργασίας επιβαρύνουν ή αποτελούν αιτία εμφάνισης ενός τέτοιου νοσήματος. Οι εργαζόμενοι σταματούν να είναι παραγωγικοί, διαταράσσονται οι ισορροπίες της προσωπικής τους ζωής και οι εργασιακές τους επιδόσεις. Σχεδιασμός της έρευνας: Η έρευνα αποτελεί ποσοτική μελέτη συσχέτισης. 74 εργαζόμενοι μονάδας παραγωγής πλαστικών συσκευασίας της ΒΙ.ΠΕ. Ιωαννίνων συμμετείχαν στην έρευνα. Η συλλογή δεδομένων πραγματοποιήθηκε με τις κλίμακες SF-36 και Maslach Bournout Inventory, ενώ η ανάλυση τους με το πρόγραμμα SPSS 26. Αποτελέσματα: Η ανάλυση των δεδομένων έδειξε ότι η επιθυμία αλλαγής εργασίας δεν σχετίζεται με την ύπαρξη ή όχι μυοσκελετικών νοσημάτων, σχετίζεται όμως με τον σωματικό ρόλο και το αίσθημα μειωμένων προσωπι κών επιτευγμάτων. Η σωματική λειτουργία και ο σωματικός πόνος σχετίζονται με την ύπαρξη ή όχι μυοσκελετικών νοσημάτων. Η ύπαρξη ή όχι μυοσκελετικών νοσημάτων σχετίζεται με την ύπαρξη ή όχι εχθρών στον χώρο εργασίας, ενώ η ζωτικότητα με την ύπαρξη ή όχι φίλων. Τέλος, η συνοπτική κλίμακα φυσικής υγείας σχετίζεται με το φύλο. Συμπεράσματα: Η παρούσα μελέτη αποτελεί μοναδική στο είδος και εξάγει αρκετά ενδιαφέροντα αποτελέσματα. Παρόλα αυτά περισσότερες έρευνες πρέπει να διεξαχθούν στο μέλλον, ούτως ώστε να επιβεβαιωθούν όλα τα παραπάνω αποτελέσματα και να μπορούν να γενικευτούν σε όλο τον πληθυσμό αναφοράς. | el |
| heal.abstract | Introduction: Musculoskeletal diseases are chronic diseases of the muscles, nerves, tendons, ligaments and cartilage, while their symptoms range from simple discomfort to pain and difficulty in movement. They enhance stress and have an impact on quality of life and the onset of the burnout syndrome. Aim of the research: The aim of this study is to investigate the quality of life and burnout syndrome of workers in the plastics industry in relation to whether or not they suffer from any musculoskeletal problems. Bibliographic review: 25% of the population of Europe suffers from a musculoskeletal problem with significant effects on their quality of life. Working conditions often aggravate or cause such a problem. Employees stop being productive, their personal life and work performance are disturbed. Research design: Research is a quantitative correlation study. 74 employees of a plastic packaging production unit of the Industrial Area of Ioannina City participated in the research. Data were collected with the scales SF-36 and Maslach Bournout Inventory, while they were analyzed by SPSS 26 program. Results: The analysis of the data showed that the desire to change jobs is not related to the presence or absence of musculoskeletal problems, but is related to the bodily role and the feeling of reduced personal achievement. Physical function and physical pain are related to the presence or absence of musculoskeletal problems. The presence or absence of musculoskeletal disorders is related to the presence or absence of enemies in the workplace, while vitality is related to the presence or absence of friends. Finally, the short physical health scale is related to gender. Conclusions: The present study is unique in its kind and produces several interesting results. However, more research is needed to be done in the future so that all the above results can be confirmed and can be generalized to the entire reference population. | en |
