| heal.abstract | Σκοπός της παρούσας εργασίας είναι η ανάδειξη του ρόλου του εκπαιδευτικού-στοχαστή στο πλαίσιο της σχολικής τάξης, δίνοντας ιδιαίτερη έμφαση στη μετασχηματιστική ηγεσία. Αρχικά, γίνεται αναφορά στην έννοια της ηγεσίας στην εκπαίδευση και προσδιορίζεται ο ηγετικός ρόλος του εκπαιδευτικού στο πλαίσιο της σχολικής τάξης. Συγκεκριμένα, σημείο αναφοράς αποτελούν οι ικανότητές του, το ηγετικό του προφίλ στην οργάνωση και διαμόρφωση του σχολικού κλίματος και των κανόνων συμπεριφοράς, η εφαρμογή της ηγεσίας τόσο από άνδρες όσο και από γυναίκες στην εκπαίδευση, καθώς και η διαφορά ανάμεσα στην ηγεσία και τη διοίκηση, ώστε να διευκρινιστούν ορισμένοι βασικοί όροι πριν προχωρήσουμε στην ανάλυση της μετασχηματιστικής ηγεσίας συγκεκριμένα. Ακολούθως, αναλύεται η μετασχηματιστική ηγεσία στην εκπαίδευση ως μία σύγχρονη μορφή ηγεσίας. Παράλληλα, γίνεται αναφορά στη συναισθηματική νοημοσύνη ως βασικό χαρακτηριστικό μιας μετασχηματιστικής ηγετικής φυσιογνωμίας. Τέλος, η εργασία εστιάζεται στα καθήκοντα και τις ευθύνες του εκπαιδευτικού ως μετασχηματιστικού ηγέτη και στην κοινωνική και συμβουλευτική διάσταση του ρόλου του, δίνοντας έμφαση στον κριτικό στοχασμό και στο χειραφετικό χαρακτήρα της μετασχηματιστικής ηγεσίας. | el |
| heal.abstract | The purpose of this study was to investigate the role of the teacher-thinker in the context of transformational leadership in the classroom. In the theoretical part, particular emphasis is placed on transformative leadership and the role of education in this context. Initially, reference is made to the concept of leadership in education and the leading role of the teacher within the classroom. The study focuses on their skills and their leading profile in the organization and formation of the school climate and norms of behavior, on the implementation of leadership by both men and women in education and the difference between leadership and management, in order to clarify some basic terms before proceeding to the analysis of transformational leadership in specific. Subsequently, the transformational leadership in education is analyzed as a modern form of leadership. Meanwhile, emotional intelligence is mentioned as a key characteristic of a transformative and leading figure. Finally, the work focuses on the tasks and responsibilities of the teacher as a transformative leader and the social and advisory dimension of this role emphasizing the critical thinking and the emancipatory character of transformational leadership. | en |
