| heal.abstract | Το θέμα της εργασίας μου είναι« Κατανοώντας με ποιοτική έρευνα την βιωμένη εμπειρία των νοσηλευτών της Μονάδας Εντατικής Θεραπείας στη διαχείριση του θανάτου ασθενών.» Όπως υποδηλώνει και ο τίτλος της εργασίας ακολούθησα ποιοτική έρευνα και συγκεκριμένα ερμηνευτική φαινομενολογία διότι θέλησα μέσω συνεντεύξεων να κατανοήσω και να ερμηνεύσω τις εμπειρίες και τα συναισθήματα των νοσηλευτών για το θάνατο. Χρησιμοποίησα την ερμηνευτική φαινομενολογία διότι το δείγμα μου είναι συγκεκριμένο οι νοσηλευτές και σε συγκεκριμένο χώρο, το χώρο της ΜΕΘ του Νοσοκομείου Χατζηκώστα. Εφόσον ολοκλήρωσα την βιβλιογραφική ανασκόπηση όπου έκανα λεπτομερή αναζήτηση της βιβλιογραφίας επί του θέματος προς έρευνα στη συνέχεια συντάχτηκε ερωτηματολόγιο για την εκπόνηση των συνεντεύξεων. Η σύνταξη του ερωτηματολογίου έγινε με την συνεργασία του επιβλέποντος καθηγητή Κο. Στέφανου Μαντζούκα. Οι συνεντεύξεις ηχογραφήθηκαν και έγιναν σε χώρο ήσυχο όπου ένιωθαν άνετα οι συμμετέχοντες. Εφόσον ολοκλήρωσα τις συνεντεύξεις στην συνέχεια τις απομαγνητοφώνησα. Όλα τα δεδομένα των συνεντεύξεων, τα κωδικοποίησα, τα χώρισα σε θέματα και στη συνέχεια τα ανέλυσα. Τα δεδομένα της έρευνας αναλύθηκαν με λεπτομέρεια και στη συνέχεια κατέληξα σε συμπεράσματα .Συμπεράσματα πολύ χρήσιμα για την έρευνα μου και τα οποία νοηματοδότησαν όλο το σκοπό της έρευνας. Όλοι οι νοσηλευτές μίλησαν για τα πραγματικά τους συναισθήματα και εξέφρασαν την αλήθεια τους. Οι προσωπικές τους εμπειρίες για το θάνατο μου πρόσφεραν πλούσιο υλικό και ήταν όλη η ουσία για την διεξαγωγή αυτής της έρευνας. | el |
| heal.abstract | The topic of my dissertation is “Understanding with qualitative research how the nursing staff of the intensive care unit experience and manage the death of patients.” As the title of the dissertation suggests, I followed an in depth- research and specifically interpretative phenomenology, because through interviews, I sought to comprehend and interpret the experiences and the emotions of the nursing staff concerning death. I used the interpretative phenomenology because my sample is specified on the nursing staff, in a set environment with it being the ICU of the Xatzikosta Hospital. After completing the in- depth reviewing of some books on the subject- matter, I formed a questionnaire concerning the interviews to be carried out. The formation of the questionnaire took place with the cooperation of the supervisor Mr.Stefano’s Matzoukas. The interviews were recorded in a quiet space where the interviewees felt comfortable. After the completion of the interviews, I transcribed the answers. All the data of the interviews was coded, separated according to their topic and analyzed according to their topic and analyzed thoroughly and conclusions were drawn. Those conclusions were very important for my research since the justified the purpose behind my research. All of the nursing staff talked about the real the real emotions they experienced and expressed them. Their personal feelings about death enriched the materials for my research and they were all the essence for the carrying- out of this survey. | en |
