| heal.abstract | Η διπλωματική εργασία αυτή εστιάζει στην προσαρμόσιμη επανάχρηση και τον επαναπρογραμματισμό της πολυκατοικίας στον Ασύρματο, μια περιοχή μεταξύ Πετραλώνων και Λόφου Φιλοπάππου στην Αθήνα. Η εργασία ξεκινά με μια ιστορική αναδρομή, περιγράφοντας τη μεταπολεμική εγκατάσταση των προσφύγων στον Λόφο Φιλοπάππου, γνωστή ως συνοικία Ατταλειώτικα, και την αντικατάστασή της από το συγκρότημα του Ασυρμάτου τη δεκαετία του '60. Η πολυκατοικία που κατασκευάστηκε εκεί, αποτελεί παράδειγμα μοντέρνας αρχιτεκτονικής και αρχικά σχεδιάστηκε για να στεγάσει πρόσφυγες. Σήμερα, η διπλωματική εργασία επικεντρώνεται στην επανάχρηση αυτού του κτιρίου και των χώρων του, με στόχο να βελτιώσει την κοινότητα και το περιβάλλον του, μετατρέποντάς το σε έναν χώρο με σύγχρονες δραστηριότητες όπως bird watching, αρχιτεκτονικό τουρισμό, εκπαιδευτικά workshops, λαογραφικό μουσείο και πάρκο δραστηριοτήτων. Επίσης, γίνονται προτάσεις για την αναβάθμιση των κοινόχρηστων χώρων, την αξιοποίηση της βλάστησης, την ορνιθοπαρατήρηση και τη δημιουργία υπόγειου πάρκινγκ. Στόχος της επανάχρησης είναι η ενδυνάμωση της αίσθησης κοινότητας και αλληλεγγύης μεταξύ των κατοίκων, καθώς και η ενσωμάτωση σύγχρονων περιβαλλοντικών και κοινωνικών προσεγγίσεων. | el |
| heal.abstract | This diploma thesis focuses on the adaptive reuse and reprogramming of the apartment building in Asyrmatos, an area between Petralona and Filopappou Hill in Athens. The paper begins with a historical retrospection, describing the post-war settlement of refugees on Filopappou Hill, known as the Attaliotika district, and its replacement by the asyrmatos complex in the 60s. The apartment building built there is an example of modern architecture and was originally designed to house refugees. Today, the diploma thesis focuses on the reuse of this building and its spaces, aiming to improve the community and its environment, transforming it into a space with modern activities such as bird watching, architectural tourism, educational workshops, folklore museum and activity park. Also, proposals are made for the upgrading of common areas, the utilization of vegetation, birdwatching and the creation of underground parking. The aim of reuse is to strengthen the sense of community and solidarity among residents, as well as to integrate modern environmental and social approaches. | en |
