| heal.abstract | Η εργασία μελετά τις βουλευτικές εκλογικές αναμετρήσεις που έγιναν στην Ελλάδα, από το 1946 έως και το 1964, με έμφαση στην εκλογική περιφέρεια Ιωαννίνων-Θεσπρωτίας. Η όλη προσπάθεια αποβλέπει στο να αναδειχθούν οι συνθήκες κάτω από τις οποίες διεξήχθησαν οι εκλογές. Θα προσπαθήσουμε να απαντήσουμε σε ερωτήματα όπως, γιατί προκύπτουν αυτά τα αποτελέσματα, ποια τα σημεία καμπής στις πολιτικές εξελίξεις, ποιος ο ρόλος του κράτους, πόσο καθοριστικός ήταν ο ρόλος των πολιτευτών, ποια πρόσωπα που έπαιξαν καθοριστικό ρόλο. Εξετάζονται οι πολιτικές δυνάμεις που συμμετείχαν σε κάθε αναμέτρηση, οι ηγεσίες των παρατάξεων, τα εκλογικά συστήματα που ίσχυσαν στις εννέα εκλογικές αναμετρήσεις που πραγματοποιήθηκαν αυτή την περίοδο, τα αποτελέσματα των αναμετρήσεων, τα ιδιαίτερα χαρακτηριστικά τους και οι επιπτώσεις τους στην γενικότερη πορεία της περιοχής. Ακόμη στόχος της παρούσας μελέτης είναι η ανάλυση των μετακινήσεων των ψηφοφόρων στους νομούς Ιωαννίνων-Θεσπρωτίας. Η εκλογική συμπεριφορά της συγκεκριμένης περιφέρειας σε σχέση με τον πανελλαδικό μέσο όρο, η δύναμη των πολιτευτών στις επαρχίες, η τακτική του εκλογικού και πολιτικού ελιγμού υποψηφίων και ψηφοφόρων. Εξετάζονται οι κοινωνικές μεταβολές στην Ήπειρο μετά τον πόλεμο, το παρελθόν της Θεσπρωτίας και κατά πόσο επηρέασε την εκλογική συμπεριφορά των ψηφοφόρων. Η μετανάστευση κυρίως μετά το 1960 και τις διαφοροποιήσεις που προκάλεσε στο πολιτικό σκηνικό. | el |
| heal.abstract | The paper studies the parliamentary elections held in Greece, from 1946 to 1964, with emphasis on the Ioannina-Thesprotia constituency. The whole effort is aimed at highlighting the conditions under which the elections took place. We will try to answer questions such as why these results occur, what are the turning points in political developments, what is the role of the state, how decisive was the role of the states, which persons played a decisive role. The political forces that participated in each contest, the leadership of the factions, the electoral systems that were in force in the nine electoral contests that took place during this period, the results of the contests, their special characteristics and their effects on the general course of the region are examined. Another goal of the present study is the analysis of voter movements in the prefectures of Ioannina-Thesprotia. The electoral behavior of the specific region in relation to the national average, the power of the citizens in the provinces, the tactics of the electoral and political maneuvering of candidates and voters. The social changes in Epirus after the war, the past of Thesprotia and whether it influenced the electoral behavior of the voters are examined. Immigration mainly after 1960 and the differences it caused in the political scene. | en |
