| heal.abstract | Είναι γνωστό, ότι η χρήση και η εναλλαγή των αντωνυμικών τύπων στο περικείμενο μπορεί να επηρεαστεί από διάφορους παράγοντες. Πληθώρα ερευνών έχουν εστιάσει στο πώς οι ομιλητές επιλύουν την αναφορικότητα, επιλέγοντας κάθε φορά τον σωστό όρο που οδηγεί στην επίτευξη του συνομιλιακού γεγονότος. Η συγκεκριμένη έρευνα, μέσα από τη διεξαγωγή χρονομετρικού πειράματος αυτορυθμιζόμενης ανάγνωσης προτάσεων, επιχειρεί να εξετάσει τους γλωσσικούς παράγοντες, οι οποίοι μπορούν να επηρεάσουν τις επιλογές ως προς τα ηγούμενα. Οι γλωσσικοί παράγοντες που εξετάστηκαν ήταν: τα κενά έναντι των εκπεφρασμένων υποκειμένων, η κατεύθυνση της αναφοράς (πρόσθια – οπίσθια), ο αριθμός των πιθανών ηγουμένων (δύο – τρία) και η απόσταση των ηγουμένων από τα υποκείμενα (σύντομες – μακροσκελείς). Ο συνδυασμός των παραπάνω μεταβλητών εξετάστηκε τόσο ως προς τους χρόνους αντίδρασης όσο και στις προτιμήσεις, με τα ευρήματα του πειράματος να συμφωνούν με προηγούμενες μελέτες, όσον αφορά τις διαφορετικές επιλογές των κενών με τα εκπεφρασμένα υποκείμενα αλλά και μεταξύ πρόσθιας και οπίσθιας αναφοράς. Αντίθετα, ο αριθμός των πιθανών ηγουμένων και η απόσταση, δε φάνηκαν να επηρεάζουν τις επιλογές των συμμετεχόντων. Όσον αφορά τους χρόνους αντίδρασης, δεν φάνηκε να δείχνουν κάποια σημαντική διαφορά στις περισσότερες συνθήκες, ενισχύοντας με αυτό τον τρόπο τις προτιμήσεις. Η συνεισφορά της παρούσας μελέτης εδράζεται στην μελέτη παραγόντων, τόσο ατομικά όσο και συνδυαστικά, οι οποίοι δεν έχουν μελετηθεί αρκετά στην ελληνική γλώσσα. Η μεταβλητή της απόστασης και των πιθανών ηγουμένων αλλά και ο συνδυασμός τους με όλους τους άλλους παράγοντες αποτελούν τις λιγότερο μελετημένες μεταβλητές. | el |
| heal.abstract | It is broadly accepted that the use and alternation of anaphoric forms in discourse is constrained by various factors. There is an increasing number of researches that focus on anaphora resolution, specifically on how speakers resolve anaphora, by choosing each time the right form. This thesis aims to explore the linguistic factors, that can affect the choice of an antecedent, by conducting a self-paced online experiment. The linguistic factors that were tested were: the null and overt pronominal subjects, the number of potential antecedents (2 and 3), the distance between the antecedents and the pronominal form (short and long) and the forward and backward anaphora. On the one hand, the results of the preferences showed the different choices of the null and overt pronominal subjects between backward and forward anaphora, as it has been indicated in various researches, but no differences have been found between the number of potential antecedents and the distance between the antecedents and the pronoun. On the other hand, regarding the reactions times, no statistical differences were found in most of the variables, confirming this way the results of the preferences. The novelty of this study lies in the study of the number of both the potential antecedents and the distance, which are two factors that are less studied not only in Greek but in pro-drop languages in general. | en |
