| heal.abstract | Η παρούσα πτυχιακή εργασία έχει σκοπό να αναδείξει τα σημαντικότερα εργαλεία βελτίωσης της ποιότητας των υπηρεσιών υγείας και να προτείνει μεθόδους εφαρμογής τους σε συγκεκριμένες μονάδες του σύγχρονου νοσοκομείο, στο Τμήμα Επειγόντων περιστατικών (ΤΕΠ) και στο Μικροβιολογικό Εργαστήριο. Στο πρώτο κεφάλαιο αναλύεται η έννοια της ποιότητας στις υπηρεσίες υγείας και πραγματοποιείται μια προσέγγιση στην αξιολόγηση αυτής καθώς και στις τεχνικές δυσκολίες που παρουσιάζονται κατά την εφαρμογή της. Στο επόμενο κεφάλαιο γίνεται αναφορά στα προβλήματα και σε θέματα οργάνωσης και λειτουργίας των νοσοκομείων που αφορούν στην ποιότητα της παρεχόμενης φροντίδας και στα ιδιαίτερα χαρακτηριστικά του κλάδου υγείας, που σχετίζονται με την υγεία και την ασφάλεια των εργαζομένων. Στο τρίτο κεφάλαιο παρατίθενται οι πλέον καθιερωμένες μέθοδοι αποτίμησης, διασφάλισης και βελτίωσης της ποιότητας των υπηρεσιών υγείας που είναι η διασφάλιση της ποιότητας, η βελτίωση της ποιότητας, η διοίκηση ανθρωπίνων πόρων, η διοίκηση ολικής ποιότητας (ΔΟΠ), η πιστοποίηση και οι κύκλοι ποιότητας. Αναλύονται οι βασικές μέθοδοι στατιστικής ανάλυσης δεδομένων, που περιλαμβάνουν τα διαγράμματα ροής και τα διαγράμματα αιτιότητας, βασικά εργαλεία της ΔΟΠ, προσανατολισμένα στις διάφορες φάσεις της παραγωγικής διαδικασίας. Τέλος στο τέταρτο κεφάλαιο παρουσιάζονται δύο παραδείγματα βελτίωσης των παρεχόμενων υπηρεσιών υγείας. Αναλύονται διεθνείς πρακτικές για την αντιμετώπιση του συνωστισμού στα ΤΕΠ και παρατίθεται ένα πρόγραμμα προαγωγής και ασφάλειας στα Μικροβιολογικά Εργαστήρια των νοσοκομείων, όπου επισημαίνονται σωστές εργαστηριακές πρακτικές καθώς και πρακτικές που αφορούν στη σωστή διαχείριση των εργαστηριακών αποβλήτων. | el |
| heal.abstract | This thesis aims to highlight the most important tools for improving the quality of health care services and to suggest methods of their application in specific units of the contemporary hospital, the Emergency Department (ED) and the Microbiological Laboratory. In the first chapter, the concept of the quality in the health services is analyzed and an approach to the evaluation of it, as well as to the technical difficulties that appear, is made. In the next chapter, reference is made to the problems and the issues of the organization and operation of the hospitals that concern the quality of the health care services and the special characteristics of the health sector concerning the health and the safety of the employees. The third chapter lists the most established methods of evaluation, assurance and improvement of the quality of the health care services, which are the Quality Assurance, the Quality Improvement, the Human Resources Management, the Total Quality Management (TQM), the Certification and the Quality cycles. The basic methods of statistical data analysis are examined, which include the flow charts and the cause – effect diagrams, basic tools of TQM that are adjusted to the different phases of the production process. Finally, in the fourth chapter, two examples of the improvement of the health care services are provided. International practices facing the overcrowding in the ED are analyzed and a program of promotion and biosafety of the Microbiological Laboratories of the hospitals is listed, in which the correct laboratory practices are noted, as well as the practices referring to the proper management of the laboratory waste. | en |
