heal.abstractBinding of 99Tcm-gluconate on the subcellular level in myocardial infarct tissue in the dog was investigated by means of a fractionated centrifugation technique. High isotope activity/g protein was recorded in the mitochondrial fraction indicating the 99Tcm-gluconate binds preferentially to a protein structure localized in the mitochondria.en
