| heal.abstract | Η παρούσα πτυχιακή εργασία είναι ερευνητικά και τιτλοφορείται «οι επιπτώσεις που είχε η πανδημία από τον covid-19 στη λειτουργία των επιχειρήσεων take-away». Για την πραγματοποίηση της έρευνας, χρησιμοποιήθηκε η ποσοτική μέθοδος με το ερευνητικό εργαλείο της να είναι ένα δομημένο ερωτηματολόγιο που αποτελείται από 43 ερωτήσεις. Η έρευνα πραγματοποιήθηκε σε 30 επιχειρήσεις take-away του νομού Κεφαλονιάς. Ο σκοπός της πτυχιακής αυτής εργασίας είναι η διερεύνηση του τρόπου λειτουργίας των επιχειρήσεων take-away του νομού Κεφαλονιάς, οι επιπτώσεις που είχε η πανδημία του covid-19 στις επιχειρήσεις αυτές και η διερεύνηση των προσωπικών απόψεων των συμμετεχόντων στην έρευνα για την πορεία του κλάδου. Η οικονομία του νομού Κεφαλονιάς στηρίζεται στην παραγωγή και εξαγωγή κρασιού, λαδιού και μελιού, στα κτηνοτροφικά προϊόντα και στην ανάπτυξη του τουριστικού κλάδου, ο οποίος παρουσιάζει ανοδική πορεία. Υπάρχουν και προϊόντα με Ονομασία Προέλευσης ή Προστατευόμενης Γεωγραφικής Ένδειξής, που τα τελευταία χρόνια αποτελούν πόλο έλξης τουριστών καθώς είναι προσβάσιμες για το κοινό οι εγκαταστάσεις και ο τρόπος παρασκευής τους. Εκτός από τα παραπάνω, οι φυσικοί, πολιτιστικοί και θρησκευτικοί πόροι του νησιού, συμβάλλουν στη συνεχή εξέλιξη και ανάπτυξη της Κεφαλονιάς. | el |
| heal.abstract | The present dissertation is a research paper entitled "The effects of the covid-19 pandemic on the operation of take-away businesses". To conduct the research, the quantitative method was used with its research tool being a structured questionnaire consisting of 43 questions. The research was carried out in 30 take-away companies in the prefecture of Cephalonia. The purpose of this dissertation is to investigate the operation of take-away companies in the prefecture of Kefalonia, the effects of the covid-19 pandemic on these companies and to investigate the personal views of research participants on the course of the industry. The economy of the prefecture of Kefalonia is based on the production and export of wine, oil and honey, livestock products and the development of the tourism industry, which is on the rise. There are also products with a Designation of Origin or Protected Geographical Indication, which in recent years have been a tourist attraction as the facilities and the way they are prepared are accessible to the public. Apart from the above, the natural, cultural and religious resources of the island, contribute to the continuous evolution and development of Kefalonia. | en |
