Η τεχνολογία έχει προχωρήσει ραγδαία στη σύγχρονη εποχή επηρεάζοντας βαθιά όλους τους
τομείς και οδηγώντας σταδιακά στης συμπερίληψη των ψηφιακών τεχνολογιών στα πλαίσια
της καθημερινότητας. Ο αντίκτυπος των ψηφιακών τεχνολογιών είχε αναπόφευκτη επιρροή και
στη σφαίρα της εκπαίδευσης, καταφέρνοντας μάλιστα να διεισδύσουν σε όλες τις βαθμίδες
εφαρμοζόμενες από την προσχολική έως και την τριτοβάθμια εκπαίδευση. Τεράστια ήταν η
συμβολή αυτών των νέων δυνατοτήτων που παρέχει πλέον η τεχνολογία στη σύγχρονη
παιδαγωγική επιστήμη. Η απόκτηση νέων δεξιοτήτων και η μάθηση μέσω της ενεργητικής
συμμετοχής είναι μια διαδικασία που δεν μπορεί να παραλληλιστεί με τις παθητικές
προσεγγίσεις και μεθόδους διδασκαλίας που επέλεγαν οι εκπαιδευτικοί στο μεγαλύτερο μέρος
τους κατά το παρελθόν.
Για την ομαλή ένταξή τους στη σύγχρονη κοινωνία, είναι σημαντικό οι μαθητές να αποκτήσουν
διάφορες δεξιότητες που μπορούν να χρησιμοποιηθούν στις τρέχουσες καταστάσεις της
καθημερινότητάς τους. Αυτή η διαδικασία είναι απαραίτητη για την προετοιμασία τους ώστε
να αντιμετωπίσουν αποτελεσματικά τις σύγχρονες προκλήσεις. Ωστόσο, υπάρχουν εμπόδια
στην εφαρμογή της σύγχρονης τεχνολογίας στην τάξη, όπως διαπιστώθηκε από την έρευνα που
συμμετείχαν οι παιδαγωγοί μέσω της συμπλήρωσης ερωτηματολογίου.
Στην παρούσα έρευνα έλαβαν μέρος 51 παιδαγωγοί οι οποίοι απάντησαν σε ερωτήσεις
πολλαπλής επιλογής και τα καταγεγραμμένα δεδομένα εξετάστηκαν μέσω περιγραφικής
ανάλυσης για να υπολογιστεί πόσο συχνά εμφανίζονταν συγκεκριμένες απαντήσεις στην
ομάδα. Παρά τη συνολική εκπαίδευση και πιστοποίηση γνώσης ως προς την τεχνολογία
επικοινωνίας πληροφοριών μεταξύ των υποκειμένων, η μελέτη επιβεβαίωσε τη διατήρηση των
φραγμών. Μια αναθεώρηση του τρέχοντος προγράμματος σπουδών στο νηπιαγωγείο θα
μπορούσε να αποφέρει σημαντικά οφέλη. Παραδόξως, παρά το γεγονός ότι πολλοί παιδαγωγοί
προσχολικής ηλικίας αναγνωρίζουν τη χρησιμότητα της τεχνολογίας στην εργασία τους, λίγοι
την ενσωματώνουν στα πλαίσια των μαθημάτων.
Technology has progressed rapidly in the modern era, deeply influencing all sectors, and gradually leading to the inclusion of digital technologies in everyday life. The impact of ICT has had an inevitable influence in the field of education as well, managing to integrate in all levels applied from pre-school to higher education. The contribution of these new possibilities that technology now provides to modern pedagogical science has been enormous. Acquiring new skills and learning through active participation is a process that cannot be compared with the passive approaches and teaching methods chosen by most teachers in the past. For their smooth integration into modern society, it is important that students acquire various skills that can be used in daily situations of current times. This process is essential to prepare them to face modern challenges effectively. However, there are obstacles to the implementation of modern technology in the classroom, as found by the survey that 51 preschool teachers participated in by filling out a questionnaire. In this research, participants replied to multiple choice questions and the recorded data were examined through descriptive analysis. Despite comprehensive training and certification of information communication technology knowledge among subjects, the study confirmed the persistence of barriers. A revision of the current kindergarten curriculum could yield significant benefits. Surprisingly, even though many early childhood educators recognize the usefulness of technology in their work, few integrate it into their lessons.
