| heal.abstract | Ο τουρισμός αποτελεί ίσως το πιο σημαντικό κομμάτι της Ελληνικής οικονομίας, συμβάλλοντας κάθε χρόνο σε μεγάλο ποσοστό στα έσοδα του κράτους. Η επένδυση και ενασχόληση με αυτόν τον κλάδο μπορεί να επιφέρει πολλά κέρδη, όμως για να πραγματοποιηθεί μια επένδυση θα πρέπει πρώτα να γίνει η αντίστοιχη οικονομοτεχνική μελέτη. Στην συγκεκριμένη εργασία παρουσιάζεται μια τέτοια μελέτη για την δημιουργία μιας μικρής ξενοδοχειακής μονάδας σε ορεινό προορισμό της χώρας. Τα στοιχεία που αναλύονται δείχνουν πως η επένδυση καλύπτει τις απαραίτητες συνθήκες για να πραγματοποιηθεί και να αποφέρει και κέρδος στους ιδιοκτήτες/επενδυτές της. Οι προβλέψεις που γίνονται για το μέλλον της επιχείρησης δείχνουν πως η επιχείρηση θα συνεχίσει να αυξάνει τα έσοδά της, με την προϋπόθεση ότι η τουριστική κίνηση στην γεωγραφική περιοχή της μονάδας θα αυξάνεται από χρόνο σε χρόνο. | el |
| heal.abstract | Tourism consists one of the most integral parts of Greek economy, contributing every year in a large scale on the national income. Investing and engaging in this sector may result in big profits but, in order to materialize such an investment, one must first commit to a feasibility study. In this paper we present such a study for the creation of a small hotel unit in a Greek mountainous tourism destination. The data show that this investment meets the required criteria in order to be carried out and be profitable for its owners. The forecasts about the business’s future predict that the unit will continue to increase its profits under the condition that the traffic in the surrounding area grows year after year. | en |
