| heal.abstract | Ο κλάδος του λιανικού εμπορίου τροφίμων, που μελετάμε στην παρούσα έρευνα, στον οποίο δραστηριοποιούνται οι επιχειρήσεις Super Market και Cash & Carry, αποτελεί έναν από τους πιο δυναμικούς κλάδους της ελληνικής οικονομίας. Ο έντονος ανταγωνισμός μεταξύ των επιχειρήσεων του κλάδου, σε συνδυασμό με τις μεταβαλλόμενες και απρόβλεπτες συνθήκες που επικρατούν κατά την διάρκεια της οικονομικής κρίσης που ξεκίνησε στην χώρα μας το 2009, οδηγούν τις επιχειρήσεις του χώρου, σε αναζήτηση νέων στρατηγικών ανάπτυξης και επιβίωσης. Μετά από μια περίοδο σχετικής σταθερότητας, η νέα πρόκληση που αναμένεται να αντιμετωπίσουν οι επιχειρήσεις του κλάδου, είναι η ενεργειακή κρίση, ως συνέπεια του πολέμου Ρωσίας Ουκρανίας. Η αύξηση του ενεργειακού κόστους, συμπαρασέρνει το κόστος παραγωγής και μεταφοράς, γεγονός που μεταφράζεται σε αύξηση της τιμής των προϊόντων και μείωση της αγοραστικής ικανότητας των καταναλωτών. Κατά την διάρκεια της παρούσας έρευνας, θα παρουσιάσουμε γενικά και οικονομικά στοιχεία του κλάδου, όπως επίσης οικονομικά και εμπορικά δεδομένα των επιχειρήσεων που δραστηριοποιούνται στον χώρο, καθώς και το νομικό πλαίσιο λειτουργίας τους. Επιπρόσθετα, θα αναφερθούμε σε μακροοικονομικά στοιχεία της ελληνικής οικονομίας, ενώ θα προσπαθήσουμε να προσεγγίσουμε τόσο το γενικότερο «περιβάλλον» της χώρας, όσο και το κλαδικό. Τέλος, θα αναφερθούμε στις στρατηγικές κινήσεις των επιχειρήσεων του κλάδου, που ανάλογα με το μέγεθός τους, αποβλέπουν είτε στην επιβίωση της επιχείρησης, είτε στην διατήρηση και αύξηση του μεριδίου αγοράς που κατέχουν. Επιπρόσθετα, θα αναφέρουμε στο πως διαμορφώθηκε ο κλάδος κατά την διάρκεια της οικονομικής κρίσης και πως αναμένεται να κινηθεί στο μέλλον. | el |
| heal.abstract | The current study focuses in food retail market, one of the most dynamic sectors of the Greek economy, where Super Market and Cash & Carry enterprises, operate in. The intense competition among the companies in the sector, combined with the changing conditions due to the economic crisis in our country since 2009, are driving the sector enterprises towards new strategies for survival and growth. After a period of relative stability, the new challenge, that the enterprises of the sector are expected to face, is the energy crisis, as a consequence of the war between Russia and Ukraine. The increase of energy cost, brings with it, the increase of production cost and transportation cost, that fact will increase the price of products and will decrease purchasing power of consumers. The current survey will present an overview of the sector regarding economic and commercial data for the enterprises that operate within the sector, as well as the legal framework of their operation. In addition, macroeconomic elements of the Greek economy will be investigated and furthermore, both the general “environment” of the country and the sectoral will be studied. Finally, we will refer to the strategic movements, made by the enterprises of the sector, which depending on their size, aim either at the economic survival of the enterprise or at maintaining and increasing the market share they hold. Furthermore, we will refer to how the sector was formed during the economic crisis and how it is expected to form in the future. | en |
