| heal.abstract | Οι συμπαγείς εκδοχές κατοικίας και εργασίας, αποτελούν παραδείγματα κτιρίων ή υποδομών, που εκτείνονται σε ένα χρονικό πλαίσιο διακοσίων ετών όπου τα δύο προγράμματα συνδυάζονται και συνυπάρχουν σε μια πυκνή σχέση μεταξύ τους, σε αντίθεση με το εκτατικό πρότυπο της αστικοποίησης. Η ανάλυσή τους γίνεται υπό το πρίσμα των νησιωτικών χαρακτηριστικών που εμφανίζουν, τα οποία τα καθιστούν συγκρίσιμα με το νησί της Ουτοπίας όπως εισήχθη από τον Thomas More που του απέδωσε συγκεκριμένα χωρικά χαρακτηριστικά. Μέσω του διαδοχικού ορισμού Ουτοπίας και νησιού και μέσω της ανάλυσης των παραδειγμάτων αποδεικνύεται ότι οι συμπαγείς εκδοχές κατοικίας-εργασίας συλλαμβάνονται ως Ουτοπίες, όχι ως μη υλοποιήσιμες πραγματικότητες αλλά με σκοπό να επιτευχθεί η ευδαιμονία, το ιδανικό για τον άνθρωπο. | el |
| heal.abstract | The compact versions of living and working are examples of buildings or infrastructures that span a two-hundred-year time frame where the two programs are combined and coexist in a dense relationship with each other, in contrast to the expansive pattern of urbanization. Their analysis is made in the light of their island characteristics, which make them comparable to the island of Utopia as introduced by Thomas More, who attributed to it certain spatial characteristics. Through the successive definition of Utopia and island and through the analysis of the examples, it is demonstrated that the compact versions of residence-work are conceived as Utopias, not as unrealizable realities but with the aim of achieving bliss, the ideal for human. | en |
