Ο στόχος της παρούσας έρευνας, ο οποίος επιτεύχθηκε στα πλαίσια του μεταπτυχιακού τίτλου σπουδών, αποσκοπεί στο τρόπο που επιδρά η κινητική αναπηρία στη ζωή και στη συμπεριφορά των ίδιων των ατόμων. Επίκεντρο της έρευνας, αποτελεί η χρήση ερωτηματολογίου, του οποίου οι ερωτηθέντες του αποτελούνταν από 100 άτομα διαφορετικού τύπου κινητικής αναπηρίας. Η ανάλυση του παρόντος ερωτηματολογίου υλοποιήθηκε με τη βοήθεια του στατιστικού προγράμματος IMB SPPS 28.0.0.0. Τα ερωτήματα, τα οποία καλούνταν να εξεταστούν ήταν: α) η ευτυχία και η ικανοποίηση των ατόμων με σωματική αναπηρία από την ίδια τους τη ζωή, β) η επιρροή που είχε η κινητική αναπηρία στη συμπεριφορά και τη ψυχολογία τους και γ) η επίδραση της στη σχέση τους με το άλλο φύλο. Τα αποτελέσματα, τα οποία παρήχθησαν από την εν λόγω έρευνα ήταν ότι τα άτομα με σωματική αναπηρία αισθάνονται ικανοποιημένα από την ζωή τους, έχοντας κατορθώσει αρκετά από τα οποία επιθυμούσαν και έχοντας αποδεχθεί τον εαυτό τους. Συνεπώς, η σωματική τους αναπηρία δεν επηρεάζει ούτε αποτελεί εμπόδιο για τη καθημερινότητά τους και όσες δυσκολίες αντιμετωπίζουν, προσπαθούν να τις ξεπερνούν, ειδικά αν διαθέτουν και τη κατάλληλη υποστήριξη, είτε από την οικογένειά τους είτε από τον/την σύντροφό τους.
The aim of the present research, which was achieved in the context of the master’s degree, is to investigate the impact of the physical disability on the life and behavior of the individuals themselves. The focus of the research is the use of a questionnaire, whose responders consisted of 100 people of several types of motor disability. The analyze of this questionnaire was implemented with the help of the statistical program IMB SPSS 28.0.0.0. The questions, which were asked to be examined were: a) the happiness and satisfaction of people with physical disabilities with their own life, b) the influence that the physical disability had on their behavior and psychology, and c) its effect on their relationship with a different sex. The results, which were produced from their research, were that people with physical disabilities felt satisfied with their lives, having achieved many of the things they wanted and having accepted themselves. Consequently, their physical disability does not affect or constitute a barrier to their daily lives and any difficulties they face, they try to overcome them, especially if they have the appropriate support, either from their family or their partner.
