| heal.abstract | Στην παρούσα πτυχιακή εργασία με τίτλο «Διάγνωση και αποκατάσταση στη νευροαισθητήρια βαρηκοΐα», αποτυπώνονται οι σύγχρονες κλινικές μέθοδοι για την διάγνωση και αποκατάσταση της ακοής ατόμων που πάσχουν από νευροαισθητήρια βαρηκοΐα. Για την κατανόηση του συγκεκριμένου τύπου βαρηκοΐας, αναφέρονται τα ανατομικά και φυσιολογικά χαρακτηριστικά του συστήματος της ακοής. Στην παθολογία του αυτιού, εκτός από την νευροαισθητήρια βαρηκοΐα περιλαμβάνεται η βαρηκοΐα αγωγιμότητας και η μικτή βαρηκοΐα. Για την διάγνωση της νευροαισθητήριας βαρηκοΐας, που είναι και το θέμα της πτυχιακής εργασίας, έχουν ανακαλυφθεί πολλές διαγνωστικές μέθοδοι εξέτασης. Τα πλέον γνωστά μέσα της νευροαισθητήριας βαρηκοΐας είναι τα κοχλιακά εμφυτεύματα και τα ακουστικά βοηθήματα, που σε συνδυασμό με την κλινική παρέμβαση του λογοπαθολόγου ωφελούν τον πάσχοντα, τόσο σε κοινωνικό όσο και σε προσωπικό επίπεδο και του προσφέρουν μια καλύτερη ποιότητα ζωής. | el |
| heal.abstract | In this thesis entitled "Diagnosis and rehabilitation in sensorineural hearing loss", present modern clinical methods for the diagnosis and restoration of hearing of people suffering from sensorineural hearing loss. To understand this type of hearing loss, the anatomical and physiological characteristics of the hearing system are reported. In the pathology of the ear, in addition to sensorineural hearing loss, conductivity hearing and mixed hearing loss are included. For the diagnosis of sensorineural hearing loss, which is also the subject of this thesis, many diagnostic examination methods have been discovered. The most well-known means of sensorineural hearing loss are cochlear implants and hearing aids, which in combination with the clinical intervention of the speech pathologist benefit the patient, both socially and personally and offer him a better quality of life. | en |
