| heal.abstract | Νεογνά τα οποία έχουν γεννηθεί πριν την 37η εβδομάδα της κύησης, χαρακτηρίζονται ως πρόωρα και θεωρούνται υψηλού κινδύνου. Τα σημαντικά οργανικά προβλήματα που εμφανίζουν τα νεογνά υψηλού κινδύνου σε συνδυασμό με την απαιτητική φροντίδα που χρειάζονται για την αποκατάσταση της υγείας τους, επιβάλουν την στελέχωση των ΜΕΝΝ με άρτια εκπαιδευμένο προσωπικό το οποίο μπορεί να ανταποκριθεί τόσο στην περίθαλψη των νεογνών όσο και στην ψυχολογική υποστήριξη των νέων γονέων. Η παρούσα μελέτη έχει ως σκοπό να κάνει μία έρευνα σχετικά με τα συναισθήματα των γονέων στην περιοχή των Ιωαννίνων όπου νοσηλεύουν τα βρέφη τους στην Μονάδα Εντατικής Νοσηλείας Νεογνών του Γενικού Νοσοκομείου «Γ. Χατζηκώστα» και να δώσει το έναυσμα και για άλλες παρόμοιες μελέτες μεγαλύτερης κλίμακας. Για την συλλογή δεδομένων πραγματοποιήθηκαν ημιδομημένες συνεντεύξεις σε μητέρες οι οποίες νοσήλευαν τα νεογνά τους στην Μονάδα Εντατικής Νοσηλείας Νεογνών για περισσότερο από 24 ώρες. Από την ανάλυση των δεδομένων προκύπτει ότι οι μητέρες ένιωθαν έντονα το αίσθημα του φόβου, ενώ θα ήθελαν να περνούν περισσότερο χρόνο με τα νεογνά τους. Τέλος οι ίδιες οι μητέρες επισημαίνουν ότι δεν υπήρχε χρόνος από το ιατρονοσηλευτικό προσωπικό ώστε να τις εκπαιδεύσουν για την φροντίδα των νεογνών μετά την νοσηλεία ενώ παράλληλα δεν ήταν αρκετά διαθέσιμοι ώστε να τις ενημερώνουν για την κατάσταση της υγείας του νεογνού τους. | el |
| heal.abstract | Newborns born before the 37th week of pregnancy are considered premature and are considered high risk. The significant organic problems that high-risk newborns present in combination with the demanding care they need to restore their health, require the staffing of MENN with well trained staff who can respond to both the care of newborns and the psychological support of new parents. The purpose of this study is to investigate the feelings of parents in the area of Ioannina where they treat their infants in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit of the General Hospital "G. Hatzikosta ”and to trigger other similar larger studies. For data collection, semi-structured interviews were conducted with mothers who treated their newborns in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit for more than 24 hours. The analysis of the data shows that mothers felt a strong sense of fear, while they would like to spend more time with their babies. Finally, the mothers themselves point out that there was no time for the medical staff to train them for the care of the newborns after the hospitalization, while at the same time they were not available enough to inform them about the health condition of their newborn. | en |
