heal.abstract	In this presentation we describe a rare case of a 42- year-old female with a large right frontal gliosarcoma (GS) treated with gross total resection of the tumor and postoperative external radiotherapy. The patient did not respond to treatment and she died 3 months after the end of radio- therapy. We also present a review of the literature on epidemiology, pathogenesis, clinical presentation, diagnosis and treatment of this uncommon clinical entity.	en
