heal.abstract	Ο κύριος σκοπός αυτής της μεταπτυχιακής εργασίας είναι να εξετάσει τους τρόπους με τους οποίους η «κοινότητα» των υπαλλήλων του κέντρου φιλοξενίας Κόνιτσας και η τοπική κοινότητα δημιούργησαν ενταξιακές σχέσεις με τους Σύριους πρόσφυγες, οι οποίοι φιλοξενήθηκαν εκεί από το Μάρτιο του 2016 έως τον Ιούλιο του 2018. Αυτή η μεταπτυχιακή εργασία, συγκεκριμένα προσπαθεί να προσλάβει, στη βάση των θεμάτων που ανέδειξαν και επισήμαναν οι αφηγητές-τριες, τις διαστάσεις και τα επίπεδα της καθημερινής επαφής δύο διαφορετικών αλλά, ταυτόχρονα κόσμων επικοινωνίας σ’αυτό το εθνογραφικό πεδίο. Η μελέτη αυτού του θέματος όρισε τη μεθοδολογική επιλογή της επιτόπιας έρευνας στην Κόνιτσα και στο Κέντρο Φιλοξενίας Κόνιτσας. Διήρκησε περίπου ένα χρόνο, από τον Ιανουάριο του 2017 έως το Δεκέμβριο του 2017. Τα εθνογραφικά ευρήματα προέρχονται από 30 ανθρώπους που δούλευαν και ζούσαν σ’αυτό το πεδίο, στο κέντρο φιλοξενίας και στην Κόνιτσα. Τα εθνογραφικά ευρήματα δείχνουν ότι η καθημερινή επαφή των υπαλλήλων με τους πρόσφυγες και των κατοίκων με τους πρόσφυγες δεν έχουν υπερβεί όρια και θέσεις σε σχέση με κοινωνικούς και εργασιακούς ρόλους επιτέλεσης, τις κυρίαρχες νοηματοδοτήσεις των ταυτοτήτων τους, το ιστορικό και πολιτισμικό πλαίσιο της Κόνιτσας και τις βιωμένες εμπειρίες και εικόνες του εαυτού και του «Άλλου».	el
heal.abstract	The main aim of this master thesis is to examine how the “community” of the employees of the “refugee” hosting structure of Konitsa and the local community creates integration relations with the Syrians “refugees”, who had been accommodated, since March 2016 until July 2018. Τhis master thesis, specifically tries to conceive, on the basis of the thematic issues that narrators point out, the dimensions and the levels of the daily contact of two “different” but also communicated worlds, in this ethnographic context. The study of this particular issue defined the methodological choice of the ethnographic fieldwork which carried out in Konitsa, to the “refugee” hosting structure. It lasted approximately one year, from January 2017 to December 2017. The ethnographic data comes from 30 people who work and live on this particular field, to hosting structure of Konitsa and to Konitsa. The ethnographic data shows that the day-to-day contact of employees with the refugees and of the local community with the refugees has not exceeded their limits and positions, in relation to the social and working roles that they perform, the dominant definitions of their identities, the historical and cultural context of Konitsa and the experienced images of their “self” and the “Other”.	en
