| heal.abstract | Η παρούσα έρευνα, έχει ως στόχο να εξετάσει τις αντιλήψεις των διευθυντών σχολικών μονάδων αναφορικά με το είδος της επιμόρφωσης που επιθυμούν να λάβουν, προκειμένου να έχουν καλύτερη ανταπόκριση στο έργο τους. Η ανάλυση επικεντρώνεται στην ανίχνευση και τη διερεύνηση των επιμορφωτικών αναγκών, αλλά και στο περιεχόμενο των επιμορφωτικών προγραμμάτων των διευθυντικών στελεχών στις Σέρρες και στα Ιωάννινα. Με έναν κατάλληλα οργανωμένο οδηγό συνέντευξης σε δείγμα δεκαπέντε διευθυντικών στελεχών, αναδεικνύεται μέσα από την ποιοτική ανάλυση η περιγραφή του προφίλ του διευθυντή, οι προσφερόμενες επιλογές επιμόρφωσης, αλλά και οι απόψεις για το είδος της επιμορφωτικής τους δραστηριότητας, καθώς και τα ενδεχόμενα προβλήματα που ανακύπτουν μέσω αυτών των διαδικασιών. Τα αποτελέσματα της έρευνας καταδεικνύουν ότι οι διευθυντές δεν είναι ικανοποιημένοι από την επιμόρφωση που λαμβάνουν, ότι τα επιμορφωτικά προγράμματα διευκολύνουν το διευθυντικό τους έργο και μειώνουν τα πιθανά κενά της ελλιπούς διοικητικής και παιδαγωγικής κατάρτισης. Η πλειοψηφία των διευθυντών προτιμά τα επιμορφωτικά προγράμματα να υλοποιούνται σε τακτά χρονικά διαστήματα και να περιέχουν ενδιαφέροντα γνωστικά αντικείμενα. Τέλος, οι περισσότεροι διευθυντές επιθυμούν τα επιμορφωτικά προγράμματα να είναι σύντομης διάρκειας και εκτός σχολικού ωραρίου. | el |
| heal.abstract | Τhe present study aims to examine the perceptions of the school principal as far as the type of professional development that they want to receive, in order to obtain a better correspondence to their task. The analysis is focused on the searching of the professional development needs and in the context of the programs of the professional development of the headmasters in Ioannina and Serres. With an organized interview guide, in a sample of 15 headmasters, it is shown from the qualitative data, the appearance of the profile of the headmaster, the desired professional development needs, and also the opinions about the kind of the professional development, and at the end the problems that may occur because of these processes. According to the results arising from this research it was deducted, that the headmasters aren’t satisfied from the professional development that they receive, that the professional development programs facilitate their administrative work and close the gap of the deficits in the professional development process. Finally, the majority of the headmasters prefer the professional development to be held in short-termed programs and out of school schedule, with the inclusion of interesting knowledge subjects. | en |
