| heal.abstract | Στην παρούσα εργασία επιχειρείται η θεωρητική προσέγγιση της έννοιας της κοινωνικής προκατάληψης καθώς και των τεσσάρων κύριων μορφών της , που είναι η Ξενοφοβία, ο Εθνικισμός , ο Ρατσισμός και ο Αντισημιτισμός. Και στις τέσσερις μορφές της επιχειρείται η ερμηνεία αλλά και μια ανάλυση στα αίτια που της δημιουργούν, στα κύρια χαρακτηριστικά τους αλλά και στις συνέπειές τους στο κοινωνικό σύνολο. Επιπλέον επιχειρείται μια παρουσίαση στο πώς αυτές συνδέονται ή όχι μεταξύ τους. Ιδιαίτερη έμφαση δίνεται στον Αντισημιτισμό, ως μια πολυσύνθετη, πολύπλοκη και διαχρονικά μετασχηματιζόμενη κοινωνική προκατάληψη. Ο Αντισημιτισμός παρουσιάζεται στο πώς συνέπλευσε με τις άλλες κοινωνικές προκαταλήψεις, οδηγώντας στο Ολοκαύτωμα (Shoah), μια γενοκτονία που συνέβη στη διάρκεια του Β΄ Παγκοσμίου Πολέμου. Ο λόγος που στοχοποιήθηκαν αυτοί οι άνθρωποι δεν ήταν άλλος από το ότι γεννήθηκαν Εβραίοι. Η εν λόγω γενοκτονία διαφέρει από άλλες γενοκτονίες της ανθρώπινης ιστορίας και αυτό επιχειρείται να παρουσιαστεί. Τέλος, με βάση την άποψη, ότι το ανθρώπινο υποκείμενο, εξαιτίας των κοινωνικών προκαταλήψεων οδηγείται στην ανορθολογικότητα άκριτα, προτείνεται μια μέθοδος για την πρόληψη αλλά και αντιμετώπισή τους. | el |
| heal.abstract | In the present study a theoretical approach was attempted on social prejudice with emphasis on four of its forms, namely xenophobia, nationalism, racism, and antisemitism. Their characteristics and interrelations are presented along with contemporary theories on their origin, as well as their impact to the contemporary societies. Emphasis is given to antisemitism, a certain perception expressed as hatred against Jewish people. It is a long-standing social phenomenon that combines most forms of prejudice and transforms itself according to the prevailing conditions at the time. Among other things, antisemitism drove to the state- sanctioned, systematic killing of 2/3 of the European Jews during the Second War, the Shoah, based on racial hierarchy. They were targeted unselectively, not because of what they did or thought, but because they were Jews. Other genocides cannot stand the comparison with Shoah, as shown in the present study. Taking into account that a human subject can be easily driven to irrationality on social prejudice grounds, methodologies were proposed in last section of the study to prevent and confront social prejudice. | en |
