| heal.abstract | Η εκπαίδευση των παιδιών προσφύγων αποτελεί αναμφίβολα ένα από τα φλέγοντα ζητήματα που καλείται να αντιμετωπίσει η εκπαιδευτική κοινότητα και που ευελπιστούμε ότι θα αναδιαμορφώσει το εκπαιδευτικό τοπίο με νέες πολιτικές και θα δώσει διαπολιτισμικές διαστάσεις στο μέχρι πρότινος παραδοσιακά εθνοκεντρικό σχολείο. Η παρούσα έρευνα επιχειρεί να αποτυπώσει τις εκπαιδευτικές ανάγκες του Νηπιαγωγείου που λειτούργησε για πρώτη φορά τον Οκτώβριο του 2018, εντός του ΚΦΠ Θερμοπυλών Φθιώτιδας και να αναδείξει τα ιδιαίτερα χαρακτηριστικά της συγκεκριμένης εκπαιδευτικής κοινότητας καθώς και να προτείνει παιδαγωγικές δράσεις που θα συμπεριλαμβάνουν την μητρική γλώσσα των παιδιών στην εκπαιδευτική διαδικασία, παράλληλα με την ενίσχυση εκμάθησης της ελληνικής ως δεύτερης ξένης γλώσσας. Τα αποτελέσματα της έρευνας έδειξαν ότι η σύζευξη όλων των γλωσσικών ρεπερτορίων της τάξης είναι εφικτό να πραγματοποιηθεί κατά την εκπαιδευτική διαδικασία και με αυτό τον τρόπο να «νομιμοποιηθεί» θα λέγαμε, η χρήση των μητρικών γλωσσών των μαθητών στην παιδαγωγική πράξη. Αυτό που είναι αναγκαίο, είναι η διαμόρφωση μιας διαπολιτισμικής φιλοσοφίας και ο επαναπροσδιορισμός μεθόδων, στόχων και πρακτικών. | el |
| heal.abstract | There is no doubt that the education of child refugees is one of the most heated subjects in Greece right now. The educational community faces great challenges and we expect that this will turn out to be a great opportunity to reevaluate and reform the educational field and enhance it with new intercultural directions, policies, philosophies and goals. This study focuses on a particular kindergarten that was founded last year (2018) by the Greek Ministry of Education, inside the premises of one refugee camp in Central Greece. We tried to shed light to the particular educational needs of this preschool community and to apply an intercultural ten day program to meet those needs. The educational practices and methods took into consideration the mother languages of the students and tried to highlight the importance of the first language (mother tongue/language) during the process of the second language acquisition. The findings of the study revealed the imperative need to push the schools beyond the traditional boundaries and showed that it’s time for education to face the reality of multilingualism and to adopt a mindful perspective of it. | en |
