| heal.abstract | Η μελέτη που πραγματοποιήθηκε στη Γαστρεντερολογική κλινική του Πανεπιστημιακού Νοσοκομείου Ιωαννίνωναφορά 61 ασθενών και συνέλεξε πληροφορίες για την νόσο του Crohn και την ελκώδη κολίτιδα καθώς και για την μέθοδο αντιμετώπισης που ακολουθήθηκε Η αντιμετώπιση και των δύο ασθενειών γίνονταν με ενδοφλέβια χορήγηση του φαρμάκου Remicade κάθε 2 με 8 εβδομάδες. Η δοσολογία των flacon Remicade ήταν διαφορετική σε κάθε ασθενή και εξαρτώνται από το στάδιο που βρίσκεται η ασθένεια, από την συχνότητα των επισκέψεων και από το βάρος του ασθενούς. Μελετήθηκε και εκτιμήθηκε η καταγραφή των διαφορών που εντοπίζονται ανάλογα με την ασθένεια για όλες τις μεταβλητές για όλα τα άτομα, η μέτρηση της ασφάλειας με δείκτη έκβασης στο χειρουργείο και ανίχνευση στατιστικά σημαντικών παραγόντων στη συσχέτιση και η μέτρηση της αποτελεσματικότητας με δείκτες έκβασης την διακοπή των κορτικοειδών και ανίχνευση στατιστικά σημαντικών παραγόντων στη συσχέτιση και για τις δύο ασθένειες. Από τη μελέτη της σχέσης παρατηρήθηκε ότι ησυχνότητα χορήγησης, τα ποσοστά σοβαρών λοιμώξεων (1.122, sig.0.289) που καταγράφονται, η αναλογία ασθενών σε ύφεση και έξαρση, το ποσοστό των ασθενών που διέκοψαν τα κορτικοειδή, η αναλογία ανδρών- γυναικών(3,265, sig.0.071) στους ασθενείς, η ηλικία και τα έτη της πάθησης στατιστικά και το ποσοστό των ασθενών που χειρουργήθηκαν είναι ίδια και στις δύο νόσους. | el |
| heal.abstract | The study was conducted at the Gastroenterology Clinic of the University Hospital of Ioannina and involved 61 patients collecting information on Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis as well as on the treatment method followed.Treatment of both diseases was done by intravenous administration of Remicade every 2 months 8 weeks. The dosage of Remicade flacon was different for each patient and depends on the stage of the disease, the frequency of visits and the weight of the patient.
