| heal.abstract | Η πολυπολιτισμική σύνθεση των σύγχρονων κοινωνιών έχει άμεσο αντίκτυπο στην διαμόρφωση της σχολικής πραγματικότητας, όπου παρατηρείται η συνύπαρξη ανθρώπων από διαφορετικά εθνοπολιτισμικά υπόβαθρα, την οποία καλείται να διαχειριστεί ο/η εκπαιδευτικός. Σκοπός, λοιπόν, της παρούσας έρευνας είναι η διερεύνηση του τρόπου και του βαθμού επίδρασης της βιογραφίας των εκπαιδευτικών στην διαμόρφωση των απόψεων και στάσεών τους απέναντι στη διαφορετικότητα, καθώς και στις πρακτικές που οι ίδιοι χρησιμοποιούν για την διαχείριση της πολιτισμικής ετερότητας σε σχολικά περιβάλλοντα. Για την διεξαγωγή της έρευνας ακολουθήθηκε ποιοτική προσέγγιση με την χρήση της αφηγηματικής μεθόδου των βιογραφικών συνεντεύξεων. Οι συνεντεύξεις αποτέλεσαν πηγή ποιοτικών δεδομένων, από τα ευρήματα των οποίων διαπιστώθηκε ότι τα προσωπικά βιώματα και οι επιρροές που έχουν δεχτεί οι εκπαιδευτικοί που συμμετείχαν στην έρευνα, επηρεάζουν την διαμόρφωση των αντιλήψεων και στάσεών τους απέναντι στο διαφορετικό και την καλλιέργεια συγκεκριμένων δεξιοτήτων, οι οποίες αποτελούν βασική προϋπόθεση ανταπόκρισης στον διαπολιτισμικό τους ρόλο. Ταυτόχρονα, τα συμπεράσματα της έρευνας σχηματίζουν μία αισιόδοξη εικόνα για την διαπολιτισμική επάρκεια και ετοιμότητα των συμμετεχουσών, οι οποίες αναγνωρίζουν τις επιμορφωτικές τους ανάγκες και δηλώνουν εμφατικά την ανάγκη συστηματικής επιμόρφωσης των εκπαιδευτικών στη διαπολιτισμική παιδαγωγική και στη διαχείριση του διαφορετικού εθνοπολιτισμικού κεφαλαίου στην σύγχρονη σχολική αίθουσα. | el |
| heal.abstract | The multicultural composition of modern societies has a direct impact on the shaping of school reality, where the coexistence of people from different ethnocultural backgrounds is observed, which is called to be managed by the teacher. The purpose of this study is to investigate the way and in which level teachers’ biography influence the shaping of their views and attitudes towards diversity, as well as the practices they use to manage cultural diversity in school settings, in order to determine whether they have intercultural competence and preparedness. A qualitative approach was used to conduct the research using the narrative method of biographical interviews. The interviews were a source of qualitative data, from the findings of which it was found that the personal experiences and influences received by the teachers participating in the research, influence the formation of their perceptions and attitudes towards the different and the cultivation of specific skills, which are a prerequisite for responding to their intercultural role. At the same time, the research findings form an optimism picture of the intercultural competence and readiness of the participants, who recognize their training needs and emphatically state the need for systematic training of teachers in intercultural pedagogy and in the management of the different ethnocultural identity in the modern classroom. | en |
