| heal.abstract | Η παρούσα εργασία ξεκινάει με τα νέα δεδομένα στα οποία χρησιμοποιήθηκαν δεκατρία άρθρα πρόσφατης χρονολογίας, περιγράφοντας λίγα λόγια για τους μηχανισμούς άμυνας και τα ερωτηματολόγια τα οποία χρησιμοποιήθηκαν σε διάφορες έρευνες γύρω από τους μηχανισμούς. Έπειτα, αναφέρεται στους μηχανισμούς άμυνας του Εγώ στην κλινική πράξη. Συμπεριλαμβάνεται η ιστορική αναδρομή στην ψυχανάλυση από διάφορους ψυχίατρους και ψυχαναλυτές, και τους αμυντικούς μηχανισμούς που εμφανίζει το άτομο στο υποσυνείδητο του. Μέσα από την εργασία διαπιστώνουμε ότι αμυντικούς μηχανισμούς μπορεί να εμφανίσει κάθε άνθρωπος ανεξαρτήτως κάποιας ψυχικής διαταραχής και αυτό συμβαίνει είτε από το άγχος είτε από προβλήματα που αντιμετωπίζει το κάθε άτομο στη προσωπική ή εργασιακή του ζωή. Εκτός όμως από τους αμυντικούς μηχανισμούς που εμφανίζουν όλοι άνθρωποι στην παρακάτω εργασία αναφερόμαστε και στο μοντέλο της Kubler-Ross ή αλλιώς το μοντέλο αποδοχής θανάτου. Επίσης παρατηρούμε πολλούς μηχανισμούς οι οποίοι προσελκύονται από ναρκισσιστικές συμπεριφορές ή άτομα που έχουν ψυχοπαθολογικά προβλήματα τα οποία αναφέρονται πιο αναλυτικά στην εργασία. Σκοπός : Σκοπός της παρούσας εργασίας είναι να δούμε πως οι επιστήμονες υγείας μπορούν να αναγνωρίσουν αυτούς τους μηχανισμούς. Μέθοδος και Έρευνα : Χρησιμοποιήθηκαν άρθρα, περιοδικά και ηλεκτρονικά βιβλία από επιστημονικά μέσα αναζήτησης Google Scholar, PubMed και από την ηλεκτρονική βιβλιοθήκη του Πανεπιστημίου Ιωαννίνων όπως και από διαδικτυακό υλικό. Τέθηκε σε εφαρμογή όσο το δυνατόν καλύτερα να βρεθούν τα πιο πρόσφατα άρθρα από το 1990 μέχρι το 2021. Τα άρθρα τα οποία αναζητήθηκαν είναι μόνο στην αγγλική και στην ελληνική γλώσσα. Η λέξεις κλειδιά που χρησιμοποιήθηκαν είναι : Sigmund Freud, Anna Freud, Defense Mechanisms, superego,ego, άγχος, στρες, αμυντικοί μηχανισμοί, ¨ΕΓΩ¨, άμυνα, νοσηλευτική, νοσηλευτική παρέμβαση, Life Style Index, Kubler-Ross, KublerRoss model, πόνος, Ερωτηματολόγιο αμυντικού στυλ 40. 4 Αποτελέσματα : Με αναζήτηση “ μηχανισμοί άμυνας” αναζητήθηκαν 11.700 άρθρα στο Google Scholar ενώ στο PubMed με περιορισμό “Books and Documents” βρέθηκαν 40 άρθρα. Συμπεράσματα : Τα άρθρα που επιλέχθηκαν παρατηρήθηκε ότι όσο πιο παλιά χρονολογικά τόσο πιο αναλυτικά είναι. | el |
| heal.abstract | The present project begins with the new data in which thirteen recent articles were used, describing a few words about the defense mechanisms as well as the questionnaires which were used in various researches around the mechanisms. After that, it refers to the Ego's defense mechanisms in clinical practice. It includes the historical review of psychoanalysis by various psychiatrists and psychoanalysts, and the defense mechanisms that the individual displays in his subconscious. Through this project we find that defense mechanisms can be displayed by any person regardless of a mental disorder and this happens either from stress or from problems that each person faces in his personal or work life. However, apart from the defense mechanisms that all people show in the following project, we also refer to the Kubler-Ross model or, as it is called, the death acceptance model. We also observe many mechanisms that are attracted to narcissistic behaviors or people who have psychopathological problems which are reported with more details at the following project. Aim: The purpose of this paper is to see how health scientists can identify these mechanisms. Method and Research: Articles, journals and e-books from scientific search tools Google Scholar, PubMed and from the electronic library of the University of Ioannina as well as from online material were used. It was implemented as best as possible to find the most recent articles from 1990 to 2021. The articles that were searched are only in English and Greek. The keywords used are: Sigmund Freud, Anna Freud, Defense Mechanisms, superego, ego, anxiety, stress, defense mechanisms, EGO, defense, nursing, nursing intervention, Life Style Index, Kubler-Ross, Kubler-Ross model, pain, Defense style questionnaire 40 . Results: 11700 articles were searched in Google Scholar while searching for "defense mechanisms" while 40 articles were found in PubMed with the restriction "Books and Documents". 6 Conclusions: The selected articles observed that the older they are chronologically the more detailed they are. | en |
