| heal.abstract | Στην παρούσα εργασία, μελετάται η φροντίδα παιδιών που νοσούν από κυστική ίνωση με γνώμονα την οικογένεια. Αρχικά, αναλύεται η έννοια της κυστικής ίνωσης, οι λόγοι που την προκαλούν, τα συμπτώματα της νόσου, η διάγνωση και η θεραπευτική αγωγή για την αντιμετώπισή της. Ύστερα, αναλύεται η εκδήλωση της νόσου στα παιδιά και οι επιπτώσεις στην καθημερινότητά τους. Τονίζεται εδώ ο σημαντικός ρόλος της οικογένειας στη διαχείριση και στην αντιμετώπιση της νόσου. Έπειτα, διερευνάται η σημασία της νοσηλείας του παιδιού από το σπίτι, οι ρόλοι των ειδικών υγείας και η συνεργασία τους με το παιδί και την οικογένεια. Τέλος, περιγράφονται οι αντιλήψεις και ο συναισθηματικός κόσμος των παιδιών με κυστική ίνωση και οι επιδράσεις τους με το ευρύτερο κοινωνικό σύνολο, ενώ επισημαίνεται η συνεισφορά της οικογένειας στην ψυχολογική φροντίδα τους. | el |
| heal.abstract | In the present study, family oriented care of children with cystic fibrosis is examined. Initially, cystic fibrosis along with its causes, symptoms, diagnosis and treatment is presented. Then, the manifestation of the disease in children and its impact on their daily lives is discussed, emphasizing the important role of the family in managing and coping with the disease. Furthermore, the significance of home-based child care, the roles of healthcare professionals, and their collaboration with the child and the family are explored. Finally, the perceptions and emotional world of children with cystic fibrosis and their interactions with the broader social environment are described highlighting the family’s contribution to their psychological care. | en |
