| heal.abstract | Στην παρούσα εργασία παρουσιάζουμε τα κυριότερα χαρακτηριστικά καινοτόμων επιχειρήσεων στην Ελλάδα. Στην συνέχεια εστιάζουμε στην εφαρμογή καινοτόμων ιδεών στον κλάδο του τουρισμού και συγκεκριμένα στα ξενοδοχεία. Ο τουρισμός στην Ελλάδα καταλαμβάνει ένα μεγάλο κομμάτι της εθνικής οικονομίας και είναι λόγος για περαιτέρω μελέτη. Τέλος αφού ολοκληρώσαμε την αναζήτηση στοιχείων πάνω στο θέμα μας επιλέξαμε μια επιχείρηση στο κλάδο του τουρισμού ως μια μελέτη περίπτωσης και επικεντρώνουμε το ενδιαφέρον μας στη μελέτη περίπτωσης του ξενοδοχείου “Grand Forest Metsovo”, ενός ξενοδοχείου της περιοχής του Μετσόβου στο νομό Ιωαννίνων, που αποτελεί παράδειγμα προς μίμηση όσον αφορά τα καινοτόμα στοιχεία. | el |
| heal.abstract | In this paper we present the main characteristics of innovative businesses in Greece. Then we focus on the implementation of innovative ideas in the tourism sector and specifically in hotels. Tourism in Greece occupies a large part of the national economy and is reason for further study. Finally, after completing the search for data on our topic, we chose a business in the tourism sector as a case study and we focus our interest on case study of the hotel "Grand Forest Metsovo", a hotel in the area of Metsovo in the prefecture of Ioannina, which is an example to follow in terms of innovative elements. | en |
